Beautiful aesthetic, makes drinking hot bevvies elegant

I ordered the gray color and I quite love the weight and heft of it. The silicone has a nice 'hand' feel. Although I personally prefer to toss everything in the dishwasher, it is recommended to hand wash this, and since I got the small size it's not too much of a hardship. The thing I like most is that you can pop out the slider strip on top (slides back and forth to cover the drink hole) and wash it! I guess I never realized that this was an option and have always struggled to clean the brown coffee stains out of the grooves on the clear covers that come with other hot beverage tumblers. I am not giving 5 stars for one simple reason: even though the silicone sleeve is there to protect your hand, if you pour in hot coffee/tea/water and then try to pick it up, it's just too hot!! I have to let it sit for 5 minutes (truly!) before the silicone sleeve is at a temperature that will allow you to use it. For this price I could have just stuck with a coffee cup with a big handle, but I do love the look and feel of it, so will continue to use. Would I rebuy? No. Not unless the heat of the silicone sleeve gets fixed.

Very cute CUP. Don’t expect much of a “TRAVEL cup” quality

Very cute ceramic cup. Don’t expect your coffee to stay warm after an hour. Silicon cover helps with the grip but if the cup slips from your hand while washing, ceramic cracks right away. Lid won’t 100% guarantee no leak. I use the mug to pump coffee syrup and carry in my bag to pour coffee at work. Syrup never leaked in my bag but it comes near to the silicon around the lid. I won’t be surprised if few drop leaks around opening area. It does its job as a cute cup. Summary— If you finish drinking coffee within an hour like I do, and don’t throw the mug around in your bag, this product is good. It’s perfect until you break it. I wish it’s more durable but that’s the downside of ceramic vs stainless steel.

So close!

Not a bad little mug. I like the design. The lid is ok for car rides but if it tips over, it’ll definitely spill. My one gripe is that the colorful rubber grip is pretty sloppy around the top edge. One side is smooth and the other is raised above a groove that would make it flush with the ceramic. Just feels like a lazy cut job. Most people won’t care but it’s definitely setting off my OCD. I’ll probably try to fix it myself with a box cutter or exacto knife but I wish it would have been good to go straight out of the box.

Love the look of this cup!

Love the look of this cup .. Pros- great size, non slip, outer covering comes off well for cleaning and it’s beautiful. Cons- the edging is a little ridged where it was cut. ⚠️caution with HOT water, tea or coffees . I couldn’t even hold the cup because the heat came through the ceramic… I thought I could use with hot or cold liquids-my mistake.. But I still love the cup!

Very cute and effective - it is dish washer safe & the print on the silicon cover doesn't come out.

This is a very good product. Ceramic on the inside with a silicon cover to hold it. I got many compliments for its look. If a very hot beverage is poured in, it tends to get a bit hot and hard to hold. However, I use it in the office (avoiding plastic cups) and it is perfect since the office machine beverages aren't that hot in comparison with the hot boiling water from the stove. I am very happy with the purchase overall and recommend it

Perfect for on the go.

From reading the reviews, I knew it wouldn’t keep my drink hot for long, and it gets piping hot in the microwave, but it’s perfect for taking my morning coffee to go while I drop off the kids at school. It fits perfectly in my automatic espresso machine too! I’ve given these as teachers gifts too, super cute.

A good cup, BUT does not worth $25

First, this is a functional cup. My 3 star is not because of any leaking or broken issues. This mug lost 2 stars because of LOW QUALITY CONTROL in production. I do not think this cup worth $25, which is the amount I paid for in March 2023. And my reasons are: 1) the lid is not evenly made. (See pic, the lid has extra material on the right side than the left) For this price, I would expect the lid to close firmly in the middle of the mug. Just like how ppl would expect a expensive round bowl to be a perfect circle instead of a oval or uneven circle. It shows low quality control in production. 2) the pretty sleeve is not seamless cup. (See pic, it has loos edges in the bottom and top) Supposedly, I easily can fix it up myself with a knife. But again, I didn’t pay $25 for a half-finished mug + homework. Another thing to note is that it has heavy condensation with cold drinks, which is not uncommon for ceramic cups. So this one is not to blame this mug, just something to keep in mind when buying. So, in conclusion, this is a pretty looking functional mug, but not worth its price tag. Should be labeled at least half of its price, so around $12.

Great Mug! Cover is slightly annoying.

I bought this mug so I could have my morning coffee during my college classes. I love the color and the material covering the mug. It’s just ceramic, so the coffee only stays warm as long as it would in a regular mug. It’s a little wider than I expected (I have small hands so it is a little difficult to hold in one hand, but it’s not too bad). The mug does get very hot right after I add the coffee (or tea), but I can hold it after a minute or two. The cover does leak a bit if you tilt it or fill it too high and it’s a little annoying to drink from. Overall, it’s a good purchase! It holds the perfect amount of tea or coffee, and I love the color! I do wish the cover was a bit better but besides that I absolutely love this mug!

j'adorai le look Terrazzo , je la voulais et j'en révais !!! À la réception la finition n'est pas super SURTOUT a se prix la !!!! Le fini du rebord en rubber style Terrazzo est tellement inégale . De plus, la tasse ne garde pas sa chaleur

Not good for tea or americanos

Looks lovely but it’s way too hot to hold when the drink is mostly boiling water. The silicon sleeve is far too thin for this to be a usable travel cup for drinks that are actually hot. Nice to drink out of when it cools down and looks really good but not fit for purpose.
