At my farm we go through 1000s of cable ties (zip ties) & I have been using Tach-it zip ties for about 4 years now, & overall they consistently provide us with good quality zip ties. Apparently there is a major problem with consistency in the zip tie industry. With some brands in this price range i have found as many as 15% (150) of 1000 that'll break immediately upon tightening them, & thats totally unacceptable. But with Tach-it's zip ties I usually find less than 1.5% (15) that are bad in a bag of 1000. Tach-it cable ties are the best zip ties on the market.

All zipped & tied! ALL GOOD! Bought several times...

We use hundreds of zip ties every week here in the office and we've purchased several times from this company. To date, we have absolutely no complaints. We have used a few other brands over the years and we find that there are usually a small percentage that fail to make that connection--you know, when you pull through and it doesn't quite hold firmly--but we have honestly not had any issues with these zip ties. We've ordered in a couple of different sizes and they work great. You could go to Home Depot and spend a little more than necessary on a small bag of zip ties or you could buy a lifetime supply here for so little! Hope that the review is helpful. They work! Go buy them! :)

i just bought these and yes they work like zip ties - no problem there. i cannot attest to their UV resistance ye - which is why i gave it 4 stars. i will try to update the review after using them this summer.

These are OK cable ties, tested ~15 of them, and they do not appear to be brittle. They are a smaller size than what I consider to be the 'standard' size tie, but I'll deal with it. Next time I'll order the 80lb rated ties, and see if those are more inline with what I usually get locally. That said, I'll keep these and use them because they should still work for most uses.

Definitely NOT recommended for NIC Cube Rabbit Condo (MIGHT be okay for other use)

These are not the quality I hoped for, though these ties may be fine for jobs in which you are leaving the long end unclipped or for which you are not making the loop very small. For my purpose (building a NIC Cube Rabbit Condo) I needed to cut them close. About 1 in 10 "let go" immediately. Within 24 hours of use, another 1-2 out of 10 "let go", resulting in the plastic piece landing on my floor or inside the rabbit condo. Now, three months later, one lets go every so often. I have found a different cable tie that works better for my purposes, and I've been switching to them on an as-needed basis.

Good in my garden.

Using these in my garden for different things, and so far they are doing great, I have broken a few,but face it, you get what you pay for. In most cases they are replaced yearly.

A bargain for lighter-duty applications.

These are lighter-duty for their size but they were a great value. I may update my review in a couple years to reflect how well the product held up under UV degradation. You can never have too many of these lying around.
