Tolerances are iffy....

One the one hand: I have only ever had to buy three sets of cleats in about 10 years. I ride/walk on VERY hard, sharp granite in the Arizona desert. These cleats held up well. On the other hand: the zero float cleats tend to.... float all over the place. Left shoe floats much more than the right, but neither are true-zero floats. No idea which one, if any, are "correct." Sadly, this seems to be what you get with Crank Bros. Could be the pedals. Could be the cleats. Who knows? Quality-control (consistency) seems to be an on-going issue with Crank Bros.

Better than the gold ones.

So easy to clip out, and a bit more stability and power. Just make sure you have your cleat alignment figured out. Better than ever.

Excellent upgrade from Crank Brothers Standard (more float) cleats... for me.

My first sets of cleats were the Crank Brothers Standard Cleats, which have much more float. That was probably good for me when I was starting out on cleats. These new Zero-Float cleats are a great upgrade for me. They clip in, and clip out so much easier than the Crank Brothers floaty cleats I replaced. Disclaimer: The ones I replace were somewhat worn, but not terribly worn. I use Sidi Mountain Shoes and Crank brothers Mountain Pedals on my road bike, so there has always been some shoe-sole protection for the brass Crank Brothers cleats. Even though the cleats I replaced were worn a bit, I don't think just putting on new cleats was what made clipping in and out so easy, as well as standing while climbing and riding hard on flats: it is the zero float and unclip angle on these cleats. Note to new cleat users: I liked the extra float of the standard cleats during the time I was getting used to them and tuning up the cleat position, etc, to optimize my spin. Now that I'm a long time cleat user with shoes, pedals, etc. dialed in for me and my bike, I appreciate the zero float and shallow unclip angle these cleats offer.

Not just cleats and screws.

So I read the reviews and was skeptical of buying these. I thought I’d get just cleats and screws but everything came in the crank brothers package. Cleats, long and short screws, cleat risers and screw plates. Happy with this purchase. I ride shimano spd currently and feel like there’s a lot of float so I’m really hoping I like these.

Nice replacement cleats!

Good pair of replacement cheats for my crank brothers candy pedals! These are the 0 degree variety that Jack the fifteen degree float option. Fits my needs! Great fast delivery from the focus camera shop!

Very accurate power delivery

I’ve been using crank brothers pedals for many years on my cross country mtb Don’t know why only now I’ve tried these 0 movement cleats. But now I do know it was a long mistake !! Take your time to adjust these cleats to your shoes & geometry, once you did it good you’ll feel it’s stiffness & accurate power delivery

Zero Float

You either like float or don't. These don't float. If you need to wiggle your feet when you peddle these are not for you. If you like to be locked in, these are great.

Possibly not genuine. No box, nothing.

Product does not appear to be genuine crank brothers. Item not in a box, and not gold brass as advertised. Looks suspiciously like the cheap fake ones that don't last. I may be wrong but how can I tell apart from the item not coming in genuine box.

No son las doradas

No le doy 5 estrellas por que el anuncio no refleja lo que se vende. Son las calas premium con todos sus tormillos (largos y cortos) placas y demás, pero son las de 0º de movimiento y 15º para soltar el pedal, es decir las plateadas. Ruego cambien las fotografías y lo especifiquen, así sinceramente el comprador de siente engañado...

Belli, ma...!

I pedali sono ben fatti, ma le tacchette incluse non mi convivevano. Così ho ordinato subito queste zero Float, e la piastrina sotto tacchetta in acciaio, che dovrebbe essere obbligatoria come dotazione di serie, perché cambia di molto in meglio rispetto a quella di plastica. Purtroppo era meglio se prendevo le Zero Float Easy, cioè con angolo di sgancio a 10°, che probabilmente mi avrebbe evitato 2 rovinose cadute da fermo, perché per sganciare con le Zero Float ( 15° di angolo di sgancio) normali bisogna fare una torsione impegnativa della caviglia, e che non riesce quando la pedivella è posizionata in certe posizioni. Quindi attenzione..
