Didn't fit the Swiss Madison vanity

I purchased a vanity and counter combo set, but for whatever reason the vanity top never made it, so I ordered another countertop separately. It was too long and wide for the vanity. I think the problem may have been the vanity, as the vanity top was standard measurements. The vanity looks great, but the overall experience was poor. It should have been a simple install, but I ended up have to buy separate components to make the setup work.

Disappointed, painted and now chipped

I purchased this sink last August and after less than 6 months of use, I noticed a small paint chip on the inside edge of the sink. Despite the fact that the finishing color is supposed to be white, it appears that the sink has been painted, which is puzzling. The sink is used daily in my household and was installed according to the manufacturer's instructions. While I appreciate the design and functionality of the sink, the paint issue is concerning. I would recommend that the manufacturer consider using a different finish to prevent chipping or provide better instructions for installation to avoid damage. Overall, I am disappointed with this product and would not recommend it to others. Update: Seller has contacted me and after confirming the purchase and the issue, they immediately sent me a replacement. Still not satisfied since I have to redo the whole sink again and replace it but as far as costumers support they are 5 stars.

One piece modern look- better than quartz, marble, solid surface.

So beautiful. I don’t want quartz or marble because because they can only do Undermount sink, and it will get dirty where the counter and sink connects. One piece solid surface would be the solution, however overtime solid surface will get dirty. I was thrilled when I found this one piece ceramic top. It is one piece, I can imagine how easy it is to clean. And it has the solid surface modern look.

A real Porcelain sink with an overflow

A very nice vanity top, good quality, real porcelain, not the cultured marble stuff that dulls quickly. It has a overflow too, a rarity nowadays. Came very well boxed in Styrofoam, from Dayton NJ and since I live in NJ, it was here in a day. A bit more than vanity's from the big box stores, but you do get what you pay for.

Very frustrating

I received 25" sink with 3 holes instead of 31" with 1 hole. I returned the sink and ordered another one. The second time I received again 25" sink and I even think it's the same package as the first time. The second sink came broken. Very disappointing since I have a custom vanity built to match the top.

Broken

Didn't even need to open the box to hear the sink inultiple pieces rattling around. Whoever delivered it knew it was broken. It is heavy and I have to arrange to get it returned.
