Nicer than expected

After using this jack for a couple months I can say that its honestly better than I expected. It was much cheaper than comparable units but for how I use it I figured it was going to be good enough. Works great. Would be 5 stars if the operated quicker. I like everything else though.

Junk from the beginning

When I received this the original had been busted and Amazon had slid another box over it. All of the height adapters, u bolts to hold the adapter bracket to the handle and handle bolt was missing. I was to by Sunex that I would have to return it and have another one sent to me instead of them just shipping me the parts, which I thought was quite stupid. When I started the return process Amazon offered a partial discount and me keep the product. To start with it was 15% which I declined and then they offered 30% which I agreed to. But that was only the start to my nightmare with this product. When I used it to lift the front of my big truck, only 5.5 tons, hydraulic oil started running out on my driveway. This was supposed to be a top brand and cost well over $600 but did not perform like a top brand. Luckily I have a cheep Harbor Freight 20 ton bottle jack that picked the front of my truck up with no problems. I have always read good reviews on Sunex products but their customer service and this jack has me looking to other brands in the future. I will be replacing this jack with one from NAPA so if I have any problems I can run 5 miles up the road and get it taken care of.

DANGEROUS

This jack sucks. Fell down twice and then broke. Had to send it back due to it not raising our trucks. These jacks are DANGEROUS. STAY AWAY.
