Bad smell

Love It!
Wonderful product that doesn't irritate my skin. I find a little goes a long way. I have only used this to remove mascara (not waterproof) and it worked fine. I dampened my skin, pumped a small amount onto a cotton pad and let it sit on my eye area for a few seconds, gently wiped, and removed the mascara with no effort. I also use it as a very gentle cleanser some days. It has a lotion-like texture with a very light, sweet fragrance.

Just thrown in the shipping box...open...
Firstly, L'occitane has really slipped in quality...this sickly, sweet scent is putrid. Not like the old stuff! Darn! Back to Estee Lauder I go... ***This lotion was thrown into an Amazon Prime box with 2 cases of canned dog food and loads of other stuff...no care was taken to protect the bottle/lid...it arrived open...the pump had dislodged...it was a disaster...

Great product but smells bad!
I love this line and I used the oil form in the past. That one smelled wonderful. I was looking forward to trying this one but it smells so bad. Buy the other one - the oil!

Don’t use if you have dry / sensitive skin
This milk cleanser is alright. It doesn’t smell as bad as other users have described - it’s sweet smelling, somewhere between fig, honey, and cheap candy. Consistency is ok - bit on the watery side. I used it as a facial cleanser to replace Bliss clog dissolving cleansing milk (a far superior cleanser). I used it daily in mornings only. By day 3 my skin was super dry and tight, and I needed to go back to Bliss for a week to rebalance. I can’t comment on how it works as a makeup remover, but as a cleanser if you have dry / sensitive skin it’s not useful for daily cleansing.

Love it.
I have been looking for something that will be gentle enough for my face. I brake out easily to most products and sensitive to many makeup removers. This product, "L'OCCITANE Cleansing Milk" is very gentle on my face and love how it works perfectly to remove my makeup without any issues. I even use it to wash my face regularly due to how gentle it is on my face and removes all the extra oils from my face in the morning. It does remove makeup easily and quickly. I leave it on for about 1-2 minutes when it comes to some waterproof makeup and for my mascara, which is waterproof and I do so many layers, I massage my lashes between my fingers for 30seconds to a minutes and it all loosens up right away and washes out fully. I will be reordering this product. (Sadly my phone broke and can't upload a picture of it being half used already.)

Une gêne au niveau de la peau et des yeux
Pour un démaquillant waterproof moyennement efficace (j’ai du frotter et appliquer plusieurs le produit pour du eye-liner waterproof kiko) J’ai éprouvé une gêne (sensation de brûlure) au niveau des paupières en l’appliquant avec les mains (plus efficace avec le produit sur un coton) comme un savon sur le visage et j’ai éprouvé une gêne au niveau des yeux sur les deux heures qui suivent Le parfum est très bon Pour le prix ce produit n’est pas efficace

Odeur insupportable
Probablement un produit efficace et respectueux de la peau mais je ne le saurai jamais... j'ai essayé, j'ai insisté mais je ne pourrais jamais m'habituer à l'odeur... qui reste même après rincage

すっごくよく落ちます。アイメイクもきれいに落とすことができ、洗いあがりもしっとりさっぱりでとても良いです。香りは好みが別れると思います。バニラやココナッツのような甘い香りが苦手な方は向かないかも。
