Gentle but cleanses well

Strong fragrance, doesn't work well
If you are sensitive to fragrance, do not use. The fragrance is extremely strong (albeit it smells nice like perfume) and I don't think this even helped that much. Lather is good but not very moisturizing

Love smell
I was looking for something that smelled like the old NIA products- I was so sad when it was discontinued ( the face cleaner but this smells as wonderful as the Nia. Never change it please

a gentle cleansing effect
I have really sensitive skin. My friend recommended the StriVectin brand. This cleanser makes my skin feel clean but not stripped of all its moisture. After I wash my face it feels plump and springy and I haven't had any breakouts after the switch which is usually the case. Very happy with this cleanser, a little goes a long way!

Never disappointed
I have used Strivectin off and on for the last 7 years, primarily due to price. It can be a little pricey. Nonetheless quality product where you notice a difference right away.

Nourishing for dry and sore skin
I've been using this cleanser for a couple of weeks now and so far I've found it really soothing on my oily-combination skin and it's an effective makeup remover too. I do have a complete skin routine, though, so don't rely solely on cleansers, but I feel like this is helping my skin in the harsh Winter climate. Pros: - Contains the power of nature. The combination olive oil, jojoba oil and evening primrose extracts is a combo that seems to actual soothe the skin and lock in moisture - Smells traditionally creamy, kind of like talcolm powder - It feels really thick and silky. It doesn't feel like a cleanser, more like a moisturiser, but you just run the cream into the face in circular motions and rub it over makeup to break and spread the makeup aorund (before washing off the residue) - Removes makeup effectively but when using it to get eye makeup off I have to use eye makeup remover water afterwards as this cleanser does sting my eyes slightly if it's left thickly over the eyelids - Makes skin feel soft and tight - Seems to be easing and cooling dry areas down Cons: - Doesn't feel like a cleanser, doesn't seem to really deep cleanse and unclog pores like you'd expect - No obvious plumping of wrinkles after 2 weeks but time will tell So all in all, in terms of being good for sensitive skin, yes it is but don't get too much in your eyes! It is super moisturising but doesn't cleanse very deeply, so I use it as an addition to my normal routine: cleanse, wash, tone and moisturise. It seems to work well when used like this, and hasn't caused any breakouts so far. I'd recommend it for people who want a gentler cleansing or have dry skin that needs rescuing.

Comforting and Creamy
As I get older, my skin is getting drier and more sensitive, which means I have to be very careful when it comes to skin care. Most of the high street brands for aging skin are far too harsh (usually as a result of the various “plumping” agents they include), leaving my skin irritated, spotty and blotchy. StriVectin Comforting Cream Cleanser, thankfully, is exactly what it says – comforting and gentle. The delicately fragranced cleanser is very thick, which can make it tricky to get out of the tube if you have wet hands, but the texture is lovely and creamy. Despite the thickness, it washes away very easily. A little also goes a long way, so this tube is going to last for a good long while. As with all anti-wrinkle claims, I’m sceptical, but my sensitive skin obviously likes the cleanser, as it leaves it soft with no irritation or dryness. And I’m happy with that.

StriVectin Cream Cleanser It Does Remove Makeup Well
This cream cleanser is good but so hard to get out of the container it is in. I squeezed hard and only a tiny amount came out each time. Maybe as so expensive that’s why it takes ages to get out. At least no wastage through spilling it I’d say. I eventually got some out and applied it to me face with some warm water. Yes it cleansed my face of make up really well, foundation and powder along with blusher came away quickly and no discomfort to skin or redness. My face felt clean afterwards not dry or tingly but good. Would I warrant paying the high price for it though... If it helps with wrinkles think I might if on offer as you get to a certain age and really anything is worth trying and if a cleansing cream can help think I’m in on using it. Ok it’s never going to make a fifty year old lady look twenty but if it helps and makes me feel that bit better even if in mind yes I’d change to it.
