Works Great on a Hardhat

This is Streamlight did not disappoint. It functions and delivers as advertised and I mounted it on my hard with another LED light mounted in the front slot area. Together with these two lights, I am positive I have enought lighting power just in case I have to stay onsite a little longer as I initially planned. I also love the ergonomics of the Streamlight as I can turn it on and off easily while wearing gloves.

Not going into low mode

I just got my light and it does not go into low mode so it gets hot quick and drains the battery

Professionally made light with a few setbacks.

Good Build Quality, can take a beating. Light has a far throw, you will feel the heat if you put your hand in front of the beam. Short battery life, approx 2 hours. Had temperature issues. Also the required batteries are not rechargeable. I bought Fiersh Cr123 rechargeable L-ion batteries with 3.7 bolts instead of 3V. It supercharged the light , but the heat it generates is excessive. I then added a few V-ram heat sinks and plan on adding a thermoelectric cooling module to help transfer the heat away faster. Other than that, the light is well made and hopefully Streamlight will continue to break their barriers.

Great light!

Fit into the slot on my hard hat perfect. Gives off great amount of light. I did notice that my hard hat would lean to the side that the light was on but thats to be expected when nothing is on the other side to counter act with the weight but its not to big of a deal. Does stick out just a little bit more than I would like but I think once I get used to it it will be fine.

Absolutely unreliable light when you need to see.

This is the second light from the bran and company and they both crapped out after less than a weeks worth of use. I work in the oil field and rotate shifts so it only got less than a hitch of use on it and quit working. 10 out of 10 do not buy!!!!!!

Great light not so great battery feature

Love the features and ease of install to hard hat and durability the downfall is the battery life and the not rechargeable part so u have to buy stock in batteries but other than that these rock.

Excellent light.

Light weight and don’t wash your hard hat down. I use it sparingly so I’m still on the same battery after 3 weeks. But I got 10 more batteries ready to go in it. Great product.
