Indicazioni: teak (grigio o nero) invecchiato male: applicare Star brite Premium Teak Cleaner direttamente sul legno asciutto. Stendere il detergente con una spazzola per la pulizia a setole rigide o un tampone Star brite Medium Scrub. Lasciare che Star brite Premium Teak Cleaner rimanga sulla superficie per circa due o tre minuti, quindi strofinare nella direzione della venatura del legno per garantire una pulizia profonda. Sciacquare abbondantemente con acqua dolce. Per le aree macchiate, usa Star brite Magic Scrub per rimuovere anche lo scolorimento più ostinato. Good value if you have a lot of teak to clean

I was resistant to buying a gallon at first. The quarts were easy to handle but expensive. A little bit of cost analysis showed that I should have bought the gallon.

gotta work for it

as many folks have said, you need some elbow grease. First off, I was using this to clean my deck made of Ipe wood. I started, as the directions state, by applying directly to the wood. It was a sunny 70 degree day and the solution dried up very quickly. So i wet the surface and sprayed on the solution liberally. Then, using a plastic bathroom bristle scrubber, i scrubber yhe deck quite hard. WOW. I did not think the wood would ever look this good again. This was the first time cleaning our deck, it was installed about 6 years ago. So it has aged and grown a black mold slime from the Seattle rain, that is quite slippery (don't ask how i know). Results are beyond expectations. But remember, you need to scrub.

Works well.

Works great on Ipe deck. Have tried many different deck clears, but this works the best. Takes some work but brings the Ipe back close to original. And deck is 20 years old.

I’m astonished

Sprayed with the hose, sprayed on the cleaner with a spray bottle and gave it a quick scrub with the red sponge that comes recommended with this product. So ridiculously simple. I was regretting investing in so much teak but not now!

Amazing cleaner for greyed outdoor Teak furniture.

This piece has been aged with frequent rains and tons of sunshine and Texas heat. The Cleaner was sprayed on the piece heavily and then scrubbed with a nylon brush. Results were amazing to watch as the grime was removed and the natural wood was exposed. Using a lawn sprayer worked well to apply the 'Cleaner' but did use more than application with a foam brush.

Works, but still requires a lot of elbow grease if you have a large area to clean up

Purchased this to refresh some teak patio furniture. I think it works better on a smaller area than we had to clean up. If you're trying to do a large table and six chairs (which had smaller slats), I'm not sure it's worth all the time and effort required. It's not like ours was that bad-certainly not to the 'grey stage', but more like the surface had gotten weathered and dirty-looking. In hindsight, I think using a power sander on the surface would have been much easier and less expensive. I gave it 4 stars because I think it definitely works well for some things, just not for our project.

Star Brite Teak Cleaner

I've tried numerous cleaners for our teak furniture which eventually shows mold (maybe because we cover it in the snowy winter?). This is one of the best cleaners, but I still have to use scrub brushes for it to work, so it's not meant for someone over 70 years old unless they are very physically fit. I would also recommend using gloves when using the product. But, when the process is finished, your furniture will look like new.

Truly amazing results.

Sorry the pics turned sideways. This product is flat out amazing. I used the teak cleaner, a plastic scrub brush for pots and pans, and water. This table has not been cleaned in years and I was on the verge of tossing it. I decided to give these products a try before throwing the towel in and I’m so glad I did. I haven’t sanded or oiled yet and the table is already in the best shape it’s been in in ages. I seriously can’t recommend this product enough.

Excellent product for cleaning outdoor teak furniture

Great product that removes several seasons of grime off teak Follow the instructions and do not leave on for too long - make sure you rinse completely and wear gloves for sure - Really good product
