Best lightweight walker ever
I broke my spine and I'm walker dependent. I needed something lightweight enough I could put it in the car over my lap myself. This thing weighs less than my purse fully loaded lol Any other style of walker would have me still home bound. I can now take myself to the store, errands, work whatever. It collapses to something just as small as a tiny umbrella stroller and easily slides over to the passenger seat is my crazy small Hatchback car. If you're needing something lightweight and easy to transport don't bother with what insurance offers you, spend the money and buy this. It's worth every penny. Better yet this will save so much trouble for a caretaker too if somebody else is assisting you with transport or recovery. The only thing it's missing is a seat like those 4 wheeled rollarator things. Those are cool if you're not worried about transporting it but for me, the independence this offered was well worth the trade off! Again, that junk the hospital gave me just wasn't realistic for me to transport myself. They really should hand these out of independence is the goal as was in my case

PERFECT FOR MY NEEDS
I HAVE TWO OF THESE WALKERS. THIS ONE I KEEP IN MY HOUSE IT MOVES AROUN SO EASY AND IS ALWAYS NEAR BY.. THE OTHER ONE LIKE THIS I KEEP IN MY CAR IT'S JUST HANDY NOT TO ALWAYS BE TRANSFERRING IT FROM CAR TO HOUSE I LOVE THE ROTATING WHEELS. ACTUALLY I HAVE A THIRD ONE LIKE THIS BUT IT HAS FIXED WHEELS AND THAT WAS A MISTAKE SO I BOUGHT THE ROTATING WHEEL KIT SO I COULD REPLACE THE FIXED WHEELS. I WILL USE IT AS MY YARD WALKER. THIS WALKER MOVES EASILY ON CARPET AND TILE. MONEY WELL SPENT.

can easily load in car; safe to use while shopping
easy for my mother to use while shopping, especially since many stores & restaurants have spaces that are too narrow for a 4-wheel walker; and in Florida, many places, including bathrooms, are not handicapped accessible, so she can adjust width of this walker to get in and out of narrow spaces, small bathrooms.

Very portable and cute!
Great portable walker. Mom's only negative is that it is difficult to turn a corner with. It is a nice and sturdy purchase. Very happy with it overall.

Great Walker
I absolutely love my walker I would say it’s better for indoors but it’s got a beautiful colorful is very easy and gives me lots of support. I took it on a cruise and it was wonderful for running around the ship and folding up in the ship closet.

Easy and fold Walker
It's so easy to fold, it has great civility and is very lightweight. I was very impressed with it, if you have a small apartment or a home that has different doorways this is the perfect Walker for you. I love it. It's easy to get out of my car and take it to church with me and it's big perfectly and your grocery cart.

Great Walker Made Better - Add a Seat and Rear Wheels
After seeing a friend’s Stander Walker, I was impressed with its portability and ordered one. This Walker is great for taking to church, restaurants, etc. because it is so lightweight and compact, yet still sturdy. For my needs, however, it was incomplete since it lacked two features – a seat, and small rear wheels. Being a retired engineer, I eventually figured out two solutions worth sharing that have solved my problems yet do not significantly affect the unit’s weight or compactness. As shown in the attached pictures, NO ALTERATIONS TO THE WALKER ARE NECESSARY: 1). ADDING A SEAT: Amazon carries all items -- one 21” Axle Strap (item “ALL10204”), plus two 3/16” Large D Shackles (item “BOOJH1SL65”), plus two Seat Belt Pads (item “B001JEIHAG”). This will yield a padded sling seat that is about kitchen stool height (26”). {If a longer 24” Axle Strap is used, such as item “B005C2ASRQ” or “B00EEFJ9EA”, the seat will be about 1 ½” lower.} Place a strap D-ring in a Shackle and place the removable piece into the lowest visible hole in the walker’s handle, with the “eye” on the outside so you don’t hit you’re hips on it when sitting. Subsequently place the seat belt pads over the strap, with a small gap between them and with the opening side toward the crossbar and with the double layer of padding on top. [If you use one longer seat belt pad, instead of two shorter ones, then the seat will not fold properly when folding up the walker.] 2). ADDING REAR WHEELS WITH “BRAKES”: If you are concerned about the walker sled feet potentially damaging your floors, or how the sliding sled feet slow you down when walking, consider adding these “Rear Brake Attachments”. Because the Stander Walker’s rear legs slant, however, it is necessary to have a handyman make some relatively easy modifications to the Invacare units before they can attached to the Stander walker. When installed, your walker’s re-installed sled feet will normally rub slightly on the new rear wheels and this will keep the walker from sliding away when not in use. However, when a user presses down SLIGHTLY on the walker handles, the new rear wheels will roll smoothly. When a user presses down MORE FIRMLY on the rear handles, the walker’s original sled feet will touch the ground and act as the walker’s brake, just as originally intended. Amazon carries a Rear Brake Attachment (by Invacare) in several lengths. I used the cheapest and shorter 10” size (item “B005PGD830” for a pair). First, a handyman will have to use a sharp 3/16” drill-bit to drill out the aluminum rivets that hold the wheel assembly onto the Invacare tube. Next, slide the plastic brake assembly up the tube as needed so you can mark and cut off the excess tubing and foot from the Invacare tube just above the last hole in the tube (about 15/16” below the centerline of the drilled out hole). The easiest and best way to cut the tubing is to use a tubing cutter (a 1 1/8” capacity cutter is needed). Finally, unscrew the Stander Walker rear sled foot hex screw and temporarily remove the sled foot (a wrench apparently is also supplied with the Stander sled feet replacements, if you don’t already have one). Lay the walker on its side, slide the brake attachment back over the walker aligning the holes and re-insert the walker foot in the walker leg. Next insert a 1 ¾” long standard #10 Machine Screw (available at any hardware store) through the brake assembly, tubing, walker leg, and sled foot and add the nut, and screw everything together – both the screw head and nut will fit snugly into the existing holes on the plastic brake assembly. Repeat the process for the second walker leg. If you no longer desire either additional feature, either or both changes are easily removable and the walker restored to its as-shipped state. These changes work well for me and hopefully this information will be useful to someone else. /Henry Vaughan

Folds up small to take on a bus
It lost stars because I have had this style of walker before and my former walker was lighter and more stable. It must be acknowledged that I live on the side of a steep hill and I notice the difference in weight pushing the walker up the hill home! I had to look for a new walker because the sliders wear out and the shop stopped stocking the old walker and replacement sliders, and they are an odd size and shape so I couldn't replace them with an alternative make. If I hadn't had the lighter walker earlier I would have been very happy with this one!

Nippy rollator
This rollator came on holiday with me to give me support in walking due to my having recently had an hip operation. It folds down to a long umbrella shape, is light and is very easy to open up to use. Has a very handy bag attachment which folds with the rollator when the rollator is not being used. Very quick delivery, and a good price. It is dearer than other rollators, but it makes up for this by being very transportable.. I researched this rollator in depth before I got one and was surprised to see the difference in prices being charged. At the time of buying mine this seller was the cheapest. Very good for travelling , shopping etc, and it stands up when folded not taking up much room. Is very easy to steer, and I felt very safe. It has supported me both inside and out. Perfect!

A GREAT IDEA /DESIGN BUT COULD BE IMPROVED THEN IT WOULD BE UNBEATABLE
EXTREMELY LIGHT IN COMPARISON TO MY OTHER WALKER......GREAT FOR GOING FROM A CAR TO DOOR/ / SHOP AS IT IS LIGHT HOWEVER WAKER DOES NOT HANDLE WELL ON TARMAC OR COBBLES / FLAGSTONES HAVE TO HAVE GOOD UPPER BODY STRENGTH.. TO PREVENT GOING IN ALL DIFFERANT DIRECTIONS......JUST A SUGGESTION TO THE MAKERS PERHAPS TINY CASTERS ON THE REAR WOULD GREATLY IMPROVE MOVABILITY WITHOUT IT RUNNING AWAY WITH YOU,, AND NEED FOR BRAKES [WHICH DEFEAT THE OBJECT OF BEING LIGHT AND IS A GODS END FOR ARMS AND HANDS A FEW PEOPLE COMMENTED AT THE GREAT DESIGN AND COLOUR GETS IN AND OUT OF CARS EASILY.... AND GREAT FOR MANOUVERING THROUGH DOOR WAYS

Perfect for my neighbour, very easy to use.
I bought this on behalf of an elderly neighbour and she's thrilled with it. It's just the right height, it's the slightly smaller model and she says it feels very sturdy and safe. It's really changed how she's able to get around the house, especially as the wheels swivel to follow whatever direction you're going in. I thought she might have a problem with the rugs in her house, but it just glides over them.

Fantastic piece of equipment.
This is an amazing piece of equipment. Having lived with MS for nearly 20 years using various mobility AIDS this is the best by far. It gives you the stability that you need and is so much better than struggling with 2 sticks. I am not so tired by the end of the working week using it. It has also helped my state of mind, I do not fear walking across the middle of the room now or have to worry if the floor is wet. I wouldn't be without it. Thank you for making a mobility Iaid look trendy and so compact. ????
