Perfect!

This is the best muffin mold! The muffins come out perfectly and after cooking, they pop right out of the mold. Love this and highly recommend it! Seems like it will last forever and worth the money!

excellent so far! used 1 time & love it

loved it. no oil! washed quick perfect baking and easy release. i do not have the special perforated silpat pan. i just put it on a cookie sheet i had. will have to update after it’s had more use- but if the review is here and i have not updated it’s likely because i am still thrilled with it!

Handy Mold for the Sticky Stuff

Although I did not have as much luck using them for my regular blueberry, strawberry, peach and apple muffins -- for some reason batter takes longer to bake in these molds and I have not fully experimented with needed time adjustments -- they are absolutely perfect for my egg muffins. In a regular mold it was necessary to butter AND spray and even then, easy removal was not guaranteed. These literally bake the eggs perfectly at the least time setting ensuring easy lift out of the mold. I love them and gave a set to my newly married niece who wants to make egg muffins. I highly recommend!

THE BEST

I LOVE this thing. Totally worth the money. Super easy to use and the muffins/cupcakes out easily every time. I wash it in the dishwasher with no problems. Definitely recommend keeping the box for storage.

Works great for muffins - but...

Silpat is a great product and are not cheap - I have numerous silpat items - I bought these to use when I make custard tarts - and I like them getting brown and crispy - on the outside - unfortunately they did not as it seems you need a metal pan for the heat - these are a great product for any muffins - but if your looking to really brown something you need to stick to metal pans

Stupendous Silpat

I have had my Silpat muffin Molds for thirty years and absolutely love them! They work perfectly every time, clean with a wee bit of a wipe but usually don't need anything, and nothing ever sticks to them. They are as great now as they were when I got them. I just bought some for my daughter who has not had any luck with various silicone molds that she has tried. The Silpat ones are crazy expensive, but worth every penny. My daughter is thrilled to have ones like mine and I know she will get her thirty years plus out of hers, too. A wonderful product.

Simply Outstanding

I bought this to replace a cheaper silicone muffin mold I had and am very glad I did. There was a weird rubbery taste being added by the cheaper model that is no longer present. This silplat is super easy to remove muffins, easy to clean, and works extremely well. Could not be happier! Well worth the extra few dollars and much cheaper on Amazon than buying from Williams Sonoma in Canada.

True Non-Stick!!! A Bakers Dream!

I couldn't wait to use these muffin trays. When I did, I couldn't beleave the results! These products are TRUE non stick. No grease or oil needed. All my metal muffin tins are now in the trash!
