Easy to install

Easy installation, lights work great and having a remote is good too. I wish the price were a little lower but it is a high quality product.

These lights are fantastic. I went back and forth on numerous styles and manufactures before I finally settled on these. Working in an existing pool without lights this fixture style was an obvious choice. No electrical boxes are necessary in grade as the lights can be piped all the way back to the controller. I used standard 1 1/2" wall fitting and then reduced to 1" pipe back to my controller. I had 4 - 90's in my pipe runs and the 1" pipe made the cable easy to pull as the jacket is not conducive to an easy pull through pipe. I installed 4 lights in my 18'x36' pool and I could not be happier by the intensity and the color. Everyone that comes over comments on the lights and the remote makes changing scenes much easier than going to the controller or cycling the power as some other systems require. This system also gives you a color dial on the remote which allows you to pick the exact color you want the lights to be. An amazing product. I have had them installed for two months now and they run 5 hours every night.

Great product and great value!

Great product with remote control capability and a pre set of programs and options that make it easy to operate. Even my pool contractor was impressed by the capability and he has seen many other sets at higher prices

Great system at a great price

Great product work much better than my old lighting system. Would recommend to anyone upgrading there pool lights. I have been running the system for about 8 months now and no problems.

Great Product easy install..

This is awesome..the customer service at SR Smith was great Cindy was alot of help thanks for the patience..We converted from fiber optics to led this kit made it to easy..Once connected we had our own light up the night party..

Best pool lights and excellent customer service!

I mirror Ron's comments on this product. I researched many LED pool lighting systems to replace my old fiber system and I'm confident the PoolLux pLX-PRM with LED Trios is one of the finest sets offered. Super bright lights, easy to install, easy to operate, and great features (dimmable, color action modes, REMOTE CONTROL!). I installed all of it myself and it was a breeze. The set was installed in March, 2017 and I recently had an issue with the control box. S.R. Smith lighting customer service rep Cindy was awesome. I had a new replacement box at my door in a few days, swapped it out, and they even covered the pickup and shipment of the old box to survey the issue. I'm totally satisfied with the product and extremely happy with the prompt customer service this company provided. Here's a few pictures of my lights in action. Not sure why the picture of the control box keeps turning upside down when I'm loading but I'll leave it on here anyway!

Manufacturer does not stand behind this problem ridden product

Have had nothing but issue with this unit since day one. Lights flicker, don't come on. Other times one light only comes on, by itself with no one even turning it on. Control board has had to have been replaced going on 33 times in less than two months. Unit was installed by S.R. Smith certified installer and reseller. SR Smith does not stand by its products as problem is still not fixed after telling them everything needs to be replaced. Control board, lights, incorporated wiring given there must be a short somewhere in their total package. Don't waste your time and money on this product
