Work great. Be careful not to overdo- I hurt my biceps Muscle.

These are great and an improvement on what we used on the swim team a million years ago. They provide resistance which is super for fitness and stroke precision. However, I was enjoying myself so much that I injured my biceps tendon. Ouch. These are great bit be careful not to overdo like I did.

Helps with power and stroke development

Been using older competitor model until I read other reviews for these. Love them. After only a few weeks, my stroke has improved in form and strength. Very comfortable in use. Over 65 yo female with small hands, but longish fingers. Small size fits great.

Not an easy transition if you used Finis paddles before

The curved contour could be a calculated feature for creating underwater drag, but it certainly adds a funny sensation when you put your hand through the water's surface. I just used them once and am not sure I will invest enough training to develop a new habit.

Have both "Small" and now "Medium" => should leave review...

As a relatively new(er) swimmer, I was wanting to increase my resistance and to also improve my technique. Enter paddles. Always start with the smallest paddle and move up. There are plenty out there to choose from, and they appear as fairly simple devices. However I also felt there is some engineering and ergonomics here, so I decided to spend a bit extra for the name brand (Speedo). I started with the small size and used them. They did exactly as I was anticipating, technique is solid and my upper body strength increased. I added the medium size to my workout gear. As a repeat buyer, I suppose they deserve to get a 5-star review.

Highly recommend!

These are great to switch my training up, build strength and improve my technique. I give 4 stars because at first the strings are a bit uncomfortable, however doesn’t bother much when swimming. What I didn’t know and read afterwards- buy smaller paddles no matter what size your hand is , if you’re a beginner and progress to bigger paddles as your skill improves.

Great paddles

These add a little something extra to swim practice. Comfortable to wear and easy to get used to. They add to your catch so that you are really pulling a great deal of water back each time. You can feel your lats growing! Love them. Very nice price considering what they add to regular practice. I also bought the nemisis fins and they are great too. Wearing the paddles and the fins together really gets you up and down the pool fast!

Fits the hand just right

Don't want a paddle that is too large for the hand. This paddle fits just right. Used for stroke strength training as well as technical stroke correction training. Excellent paddles
