Should have bought them the first time...

I'm using an adjustable height work bench as a stand-up work desk. These magnetic strips work flawlessly on the metal stand. I have 3 monitors, a docking station, lamp, desk fan, electric stapler, radio and blue took speaker plugged into 2 strips. Unlike my previous power strips, these are not going to fall off... ever. I initially bought some non-magnetic power strips to use with heavy duty adhesive velcro strips; I went that route to "save money". I should have just bought these and saved myself some headaches. I could use a few more USB ports, but have found other options to help with that. Spend the extra $$ and just buy the magnetic ones. You won't regret it.

Works Great Under My Steel Prep Table in the Kitchen

I wanted something a little less conspicuous than the previous power setup for a steel prep table where I store my most used small kitchen appliances. Many high amp/wattage appliances loose power when extensions are used. I purchased this power strip due to its specs and can confirm that it does not appear to impact power to the appliance (1800W air fryer). Of course I can't run several high wattage appliances at the same time on one outlet but it helps to be able to stage multiple appliances without plugging and unplugging which is what I was doing before. I love that it is magnetic and just disappears under the tabletop along with the appliance cords.

Exactly what you want at a price you cannot afford

Nothing wrong with this power strip in any way except the price. Well, and maybe the mounting holes in the back, which were a pita to mount on my work table. Outside tangs with holes in them would have made an hour's task into a 5 minute one... If you've got a 20 amp circuit and you need 20 amps (well, 16-18 amps), ya gotta have one of these) As they say, 'you only cry once' when you pay full price for a quality item....

These things aren't easy to find, and for that price? I'd get more if other outlets in my home were rated for 15 amps. Sadly it's an old house so I'd have to redo all the wiring.

Surge Protector seems to work just fine.

Great for heavy duty applications.

Well made from quality materials. Very sturdy. Important to understand that it has a 20 Amp plug on the end (one spade is turned sideways). It can only be plugged into 20 amp recepticals, such as those on this device which accept either 20 amp plugs or "normal" 15 amp plugs ("T" shaped slot for one of the blades).

Dangerous, will not trigger a CGFI outlet in case of a ground fault.

I had a specific application for purchasing this 20amp powerbar. Unfortunately, this was a waste of money because it will not trigger a CGFI outlet in case of a ground fault - which I absolutely need for safety reasons. If you don't need CGFI protection, this is an excellent, well-built, powerbar. I missed the return window, so now I'm stuck with it, it's a paper weight now.
