Did EXACTLY what I purchased it for

I have a small, old (25+ year old) variable-speed oscillating room fan that I love. I runs quietly (more quiet than modern-day fans), moves a large volume of air and runs like a champ. Lately though, I noticed that when used in the "oscillating" mode, the small motor would grumble and fail to turn the directional vanes through which the air is directed. I knew that all I needed to do was to find a suitable small, low-rotation, reversible motor that would fit in the enclosed space. Yes, yes I know... just go out and buy a new one but this one still worked just as I needed it to - albeit it no longer oscillated. I found this small motor which is an exact replacement (size-wise) for the old one in my old fan. Including disassembly, it took me about 3 minutes to swap out the old motor with this one and required nothing more than a Philips-head screwdriver, a pair of wire cutters, two wire nuts and a bit of electrical tape. Being cheap is satisfying. So far... no cons to report.

easy to use

Still learning how to use it with the I Pad Pro, just figuring out what I can load to and from. The SD feature seems the best some issues (operator most likely) with the flash drives, but it is a great Item that becomes very useful. Just wish that the design would fit more cases, even with the removable insert it won't slide on my Pad. Just a minor inconvenience because the design is still functional/ easy to use at the side. Makes my life easier, good and easy to use product

Worked like a charm!

Worked like a charm to fix our fireplace fire motion. You need to make sure that you hook it up correctly so the flame is going from the fire up—if it’s going in the wrong direction reconnect the wires flipping the positive and negative.

Used for an Electric Fireplace flame

Overall it was an inexpensive and fairly easy fix for an electric fireplace motor and my fireplace has a "flame" again; however, the rotation is slow and - even though I have reversed the wires - it reverses direction when turning it on. Turning the fireplace on and off a few times rectifies this issue but it's still something to note if this is what you are using it for.

Works perfectly

This gear motor replaced an almost identical one that controlled the oscillation of the face of a 20 year old box fan.

I'm glad I ordered this motor

I'm extremely happy with this motor. My fan is again oscallating. Better then ever. Just remember to check shaft size but these work for tower fans with back and forth motion.

Nice replacement motor and at a decent price!

Motor arrived much quicker than I expected! - Yay!! The motor worked exactly like I expected. - Yay! I used this as a replacement motor for an electric fan, the fan swivel (oscillation) motor. The OEM motor is no longer available from the manufacturer or online. Happy to have fixed something that would have otherwise wound up in the landfill.

Cheap and it worked ..

Used it to replace the motor in a 750 Watt Microwave .. fit well after slightly modifying shaft with a flat spot for rotating carousel ... couldn't find this item at any local appliance parts store ... Amazon Prime came through once again.
