While it is durable, someone accidentally broke mine on the second day of owning it.
It’s a beautiful product for people who like to add fruit and herbs to their water as an incentive to stay hydrated.

Loved it, until it shattered.
Really liked this bottle. Bought it for my wife who has been trying to get away from plastic a few months ago. It has a pretty narrow base. It got bumped on our counter and tipped over. The bottle hit the countertop and the bottle shattered. It was fun while it lasted. Back to Nalgene for us.

Beautiful design, poor durability (I give up after 3 purchases)
Like many other reviewers, I fell in love with the design of this water bottle. Also like many other reviewers, I gave it a second shot after it broke from simply being nudged on a table. And then a third. I’ve been a Soma customer for 7 years, and I owned the OG glass Soma water bottle (in a smaller size) for years—with multiple drops and zero breaks. That model was actually durable. I needed a larger water bottle to carry with me, so I started using this beauty. I’m not sure if it was a change in their factories in China or if they’re now specifying a cheaper glass, but this particular bottle DOES NOT hold up. And I desperately want it to work for me. I’ve gone through 2 of these in the past two months (3 in the past 5 months)—all have broken due to being slightly nudged on a dining room table and simply falling 90 degrees on the table itself—so just a few inches and the floor was never involved. I keep thinking that maybe I got a defective bottle, but looking at these other reviews—it’s not just me. I like Soma and their products, and I’m a firm believer in good, minimalist design—but not when it continuously lets me down. Until they change their factory or material specifications, I can’t see myself purchasing this for a fourth time, sadly.

Love the bottle, hate the cap handle
I love this bottle, I bought 2. The mint is a really nice color option. It's a great size and I'm glad I got the larger 25oz over the 17oz version. However I'm not a fan of the handle on the cap; it just gets in the way of opening/closing. I wanted to take a star off, but it really is a great bottle. It's a solid quality glass bottle, and seemingly very sturdy.

Perfect glass water bottle.
Probably my most favorite water bottle I’ve ever had to be honest. I absolutely love it. Only had it for a few months so I’m still testing it out for long term. Was a little hesitant about the price at first but after using it a few days I was happily satisfied. Probably the first thing I noticed was how smooth the mouth of the bottle is, still impressed practically every time I drink from it. Gave it four stars on a few other because I’ve not had it long enough to REALLY comment on those points.

Used once, smashed when unscrewed lid
Unscrewing the lid the entire bottle came away and broke irreparably. Gutted as I spent three times as much for a bottle that was supposed to be stronger glass. Can’t afford a replacement

Simply the best!
Obsessed with my new Soma bottle! Not only is it beautiful made it’s also fantastically practical and large enough that I’m sure to drink enough water throughout the day. Gorgeous design and ergonomically superior to any water bottle I’ve bought before. And there have been a lot. Buy buy buy!

Fantastic water bottle.
I love this bottle! I have previously had a glass bottle made by another company and it was inferior to this. This is a perfect size when trying to up your water intake. It is robust and keeps my water at the perfect temperature.
