Good if you're heavy on your heel
I've gotten a new set of these twice a year and stand by them. Especially since I regularly swap them out between shoes, they hold up very well. I walk heavy on my heels and, while I've tried other heel supports in the past, these seem to have the best overall support that also lessens the impact on the heel. The arch can be a little much if you have low arches like mine, but I can never go back to a standard insole again. They hold up well for about 6 months but you might get more mileage if you don't remove them all of the time like I do.

Very comfy!
I have 2 pairs, buying a third because I mis-cut one of the pairs pretty badly :( Just remember to pair these 1 to 1 with shoes, otherwise you end with shorter/longer mixed up. Maybe mark each pair so that you don't mismatch them like I did.

Adds mileage to shoes
Had some 2 yr old Merrell's with some mileage. Made the shoes feel like brooks aka cloud running. Solid and sturdy. 2 thumbs up!

Boot Insoles
They fit perfect in my Ariat Boots. Replacement Insoles actually relieve pain in my feet and knees. After a long day of working, these Insoles are as comfortable as when I put my boots on in the morning. ☆☆☆☆☆

Years later and still great
I was able to hit the themepark and last all day! My heels are usually the first to hurt then my arch but not with these. Instead of only making it to 3-4 hours max on my feet, I was able to do a full day on my feet.

Ok for arch support, not much cushion
I stand in steel toe work boots, on concrete for over 8 hrs a day. I need something with lots of support and cushion and this wasn't it. I could feel the arch supports but these don't have a lot of cushion at all. For the price I would have expected something a lot better. Went back to my Walmart brand insoles that are 2 pairs for half the price of these.

No tan cómodas como esperaba
El talón se siente cómodo pero el puente del pie no tanto, además si tú talla de calzado no es mayor a 10 no las recomiendo por qué son muy anchas y aún cortándole a la medida de un 9 se siente bastante incómodo de los lados y el puente.

Don’t support where they need to.
They don’t have enough support in the places that need it. Because I had to trim them to fit my foot size, the arch isn’t in the right place now to support my fallen arches. Other than that, they are comfortable and add lots of cushion for walking.

Hard to find proper orthodics for guys over 250 lb. These work great!
