Helped with my shin splints
I have used this support for almost a year when I do my every other day run (just a few miles or so). I have for many years dealt with posterior shin splints on my right due to my flat feet and tendency to overpronate. I gave this support a try and it seems to help prevent perhaps the overpronating which leads to the shin splints. Depending on how I place the support, the gel can be a bit painful as my foot lands but usually I get used to the discomfort and keep running. So how one straps the support on can be quite important. I do not view the support as a way to solve my shin splints issue as most of my effort is to keep up with recommended exercises to address the root issue. The support is just an additional attempt to help the situation and I believe it does for me. My only complaint about the support is the Velcro strap could be better. Occasionally after a run, I find the strap not adhered to the Velcro thus why it felt loose or as if it was slipping a bit. But when the strap is firmly Velcro-ed and the gel is the right spot, I don’t feel a thing, especially any shin splint pain afterwards.

Good economical short term solution
This is a great short term, and convenient solution for my weak arch. I was sick of shopping for only shoes with high arches, or buying insoles that never quite fit my shoes. I had previously been on a trip where I walked so much, so many miles, my arch seemed to fall off and the pain was increíble, so I needed to do something. I then bought a pair of these supports and it helped immensely. My first pair lasted about 6-8 months before the raised rubber portion was completely deflated, I then bought a second pair. What I like: convenient to travel with and because it fits your foot, and it’s not an insole that has to fit your shoe, it works with any shoe. Things to note: these do wear out - you’ll have to pull tighter and tighter as time goes on to keep getting a tight fit, the rubber bump will wear out, though the wrap will still be useful as a support for your insole. The ‘L’ and ‘r’ indicators will wear out almost immediately, so have a sharpie handy (they should print those on the other side), and something I’ve noticed with the new pair, not my old ones, they easily roll around the foot while I’m wearing them - and considering there is that bump that’s supposed to fit right in your arch, I do worry that misplacing that could hurt my foot in the long run. Just be conscious of what socks you’re using, nothing too smooth, and definitely tighten those real tight.

Not as good as they used to be.
These work well but the ones made in the past couple years don’t last like the old ones did. Also, the strap isn’t as long as it used to be. It used to go all the way around the foot easily but now it barely makes it.

Very useful for Morten's Neuroma ..
About 20 years ago I had surgery due to a bone spur that was triggering Morton's Neuroma. As a distance runner - my doctor recommended these to be with me on all future runs. 20 years latter and now playing Pickelball and Racquetball - my symptoms returned... I recalled this product and ordered it to see if they would help. Indeed they did .. my symptoms of nerve problems remain in check playing my favorite sports with these in place. Will order again and highly recommend these - even for Morton's neuroma.

Been wearing these for almost 20 years.
I had 2 bad bouts of Plantar Fasciitis several years ago. You will need way more than these supports to cure it (Strassburg Sock, ice bath, cortisone, etc.), but these have been the best product to keep it from coming back. They give the perfect little boost of support on the inside of your arch, and they just keep your feet happy in most shoes. It's also great that while they fit snug around your arch, they do not compress the arch. They need a couple of days to break in, and there's a layer on the top strap that does often come apart...just remove it and it will be fine. Hiking, running, etc. may temporarily require something more supportive, but I use these for everyday wear. Been happy with these for almost 20 years.

Was hoping for more arch cushioning
Having the little gel pack under the arch was just okay, was hoping for a bit more cushioning. Used in conjunction with an ankle support strap I was able to slowly return to treadmill workouts after recovering from ankle strain and really bad foot pain.

Foot Pain Relief
Since this was my first time experiencing this type of foot pain, I was nervous of going through several products to find out if they work. As soon as I put this on my foot. The pain was completely gone from my foot. Fortunately, it is just one foot that I experiencing pain. But since I have flat feet, this product provided pain relief where I really don't have a visible arch for arch support. I can wear it easily with my shoes as well. I'm sure I will be purchasing again in the future as needed.

Muy buen producto para las fascitis.
Tuve problemas de fascitis plantar por correr largas distancias sobre terreno duro. A pesar de permanecer en reposo una temporada el dolor no pasaba. Compré estos soportes (los compré para ambos pies) y no puedo decir que me aliviaron de manera mágica, pero si me ayudaron a sentir menos dolor y la recuperación mejoró. Ahora los utilizó siempre para correr y no he vuelto a tenr problemas de fascitis plantar (los he estado utilizando por mas de un año)

Dan un soporte muy bueno para quienes sufren de Fascitis Plantar, es recomendable usarlo con unas plantillas y tenis. Con zapatos es incomodo...
