Stianless steel nails

Regular coated nails will rust out after a few years outside in the weather. Stainless will last much longer outside!

Quality nail, the very best, worth the $$$.

Good constituency, 403 stainless finish nail, every nail same quality: straight, sharp, shiny. I like so much so much I ordered another box of smaller gage, shorter for extra fine finish trim nail. Note, all finish nails should be predrilled if using hardwood or close to edge of wood. Nice to see such quality.

What's the shank diameter?

Strange as it may sound, some folks, like me, use these nails as pins. As such, the shank diameter is important. The Amazon description states the diameter as .095". Today, the nails arrived and it says right on the box .092" Using a micrometer, the nails are actually .091". While most people using these nails will not be affected by slight discrepancies in the shank diameter, a few of us might. If the diameter is from the "close is enough" school, why bother to advertise the diameter and label the diameter, when both are incorrect. Otherwise, these nails look fine and I'm sure they'll work well for their intended purpose.
