Best on the market.
These bottles are not cheap, but worth every dollar. Top quality and thick side walls. Unlike many other brands, has option of narrow neck or wide neck for easy cleaning or for adding ice cubs. Top quality shock resistant polyethene cap material. Not junky platic that can crack when dropped on a hard surface. Gaskets are top quailty stable Polyethalene distortion and split resistant no leak type. Not cheap junky old rubber type gaskets comonly seen on other brands. Conclusion. If you want long life tough leak proof bottles get these and forget the rest, or waste your money and get wet with an inferior brand.

Just what it says, not insulated nor holds temp. Put in fridge or freezer overnight, only good for water.

I was hoping for a bottle that would not leak as much condensations but this was not the case
It a a pretty bottle, and appears to be durable however, it leaks a lot of condensation and does not keep water cold for more than 5 hours

and she has been very happy with her bottle
This bottle was bought as a Christmas gift as a replacement for an 3 year old Sigg 1.5 liter wide mouth bottle. The bottle belongs to my Daughter and she uses it all day every day and over the three years it has suffered a lot of abuse. It now sits at an angle because the bottle has been dropped so many times that the bottom is all dented but my Daughter loves the size - most bottles are much smaller, and she has been very happy with her bottle. Even as badly dented as it is the bottle does not leak. The top seals tight and it is easy to open. My Daughter was hoping to replace her dented bottle with a new one but Sigg is not making this size at this time, so she would rather used her sadly dented one rather than go to another type of water bottle. So this was a good purchase.

Love this bottle
Talk about a great water bottle! First off, it's big and chunky like Cold War Soviet hardware which makes it very durable so it travels well. It has a wide opening and not some sissy she-man sippy nipple. No Dude, you manually control the velocity of the flow rate by adjusting angler tilt of the bottle. Don't worry if you don't get it at first and spill some on yourself, just act you meant to do that and then spit some in the air to show your victory over all things in nature. Sippy nipple "men" will turn away in fear for they know a new testosterone fueled alpha is in the house. Plus, look at that name...yeah..now say it; "Sigg" say it again like you've got a pair; SIGG!! Yeah...Alright... kinda sounds like another alpha male from THE Man show of all time; Top Gear's "The Stig" (not the stupid wanna be US version but the ONLY version; BBC) Rumor has it that Switzerland is releasing a stamp with The Stig drinking from a Sigg shooting a Sig. Wanna be part of that club? Yeah ya do!

I love Sigg bottles
So glad to finally have a 1.5 L bottle! I have been carrying around two 1L Siggs and it's such a hassle. Additionally, I love that the lid is both the small standard loop, built into a larger twist-off lid. I can put any kind of ice cubes in it and makes for easier cleaning if necessary. I only wish I would have purchased this larger one sooner! I LOVE all of my Sigg bottles. They do not impart any taste to my water (unlike the plastic bottles), and really take a beating. I accidentally dropped one of mine in the snow, had it get plowed into a snowbank and found it weeks later during a thaw. After all that, it only had a few scratches around the bottom. Pro tip: clean them with denture tablets.

Can't go wrong with a Sigg.
If you're looking to fit this into a cup holder or expect it to maintain temp in sunlight look elsewhere. This is just a large durabil canteen that I have loved. My old one busted in the freezer after 20 years because someone filled it up too much. I loved it so much I had to get another.

Received damaged item, please help
I've used these SIGG bottles in the past and they're honestly awesome. This particular one I was excited to receive, however it came with a dent which is disappointing given the amount I paid for it and the quality I expected from this company. The product wasn't packaged properly and I think this is why the dent was caused. The 1.5l I got this time is more of a matte finish compared to the shinier royal blue one I had in the past. And I particularly liked the double lid feature, which makes it much easier to clean and refill.

Sturdy and light
I had a 3l water bladder which had begun to leak and I decided to replace with this bottle. I found I was more likely to drink more from the bottle than the bladder and had the added bonus that the bottle itself is unexpectedly marginally lighter than the bladder / drinking tube combo although obviously half the capacity. Seals well with no leaks encountered and simple to clean with the aid of some baby bottle sterilising tablets (just keep an eye on not leaving the solution in too long). The slightly ridged top of the bottle enables a good grip surface even when the bottle is full and heavy.

Solid and attractive.
Keeps drinks cold for a while. Just shy of 1.5 l. So a good amount of water. Perfect if you are keen to up your daily water intake. We also purchased the sports top.
