If you have very sensitive inner skin and walls in your holes (anal or vaginal), this one may not suit you. It could be that my skin reacts badly to the material directly. I found that after putting a condom on the toy, it felt much better inside me. It takes a rather large condom like the Trojan Magnum XL to fit this big boy! It is a stuffer alright. But I found it was a great tool for opening me up for other large toys. I could only get a few inches inside me but it feels like nothing I've tried before. I'm not use to larger dildos, but this and a few more I just added to my collection are helping me explore the larger side. Works alright for anal, just use plenty of water-based lube. If you can get more inside, it will get you moaning in pleasure - LOL! Update 2019 - After putting this big boy on the shelf for awhile & using newer & larger toys that I’ve added to my collection, I took this one for another run. Now that I’ve gained more experience with larger dildos I found this toy to be very satisfying. I can take it all the way in to it’s base now and I’ll tell you it feels amazing! But again I strongly caution - don’t ride it bare if your insides are sensitive like mine use a strong condom like Trojan’s Magnum XL and it will feel great. Forget and you’ll get burned - or stung. It can feel like burning especially if you combine a natural lube with bare use. Learned the hard way the other night. Ouch, that was a mood killer. Anyway glove up and use a thick lube like KY Jelly or ID Glide. Works very well. :-) The newer Aloe based natural lubes work awesome on these newer toys but with this material I recommend the Jelly. :-) The suction cup works quite well. All in all a very good toy!

A Big Boy That I Love!

Having never experimented with toys of any kind this was quite the initiation. After a bit of research, we stumbled upon Stefan. I knew it would be on the larger side, but I had no idea. Look at your forearm and make a fist. Now imagine that in the shape of a penis. Meet Stefan. Ok, maybe that's a slight exaggeration, and I mean slight, but this is big. Many of the reviews say it's too big. As someone who has never taken anything even close to this size I disagree. While it takes a good amount of lube and patience, it fills me up like nothing ever has before. My man uses this on me and is careful and works it in slowly which is key. I've discovered if I'm not watching and wondering how much I've taken in and just savor the VERY filling feeling, it's quite enjoyable. By all means, don't attempt this all from the start unless you're used to something this size. Stefan also works quite well for riding hands-free. Since this weighs over two pounds, attaching it to a wall or similar surface may not work so well with gravity. It works quite well sitting upright on the bed, or other flat surface. Riding this toy provides an equally filling, but different feeling than taking it on my back or from behind. One drawback however is Stefan's lack of safety awareness. Beware if you've tossed this onto the floor after use. If you are unfortunate enough to step on it the wrong way, you'll probably break your legs. Maybe more. There is nothing sexy about a full body cast. While this is absolutely no replacement for the real thing, it's definitely a fun addition to the bedroom.

Stefan not made with advertised 'dual density' material

I own four Sexflesh dildos. Three have that that squishy 'dual density' material that feels great. Stefan is made of hard rubber very little 'give' - it might as well be made of glass. As the largest one in the bunch, it was always going to be the most challenging to insert - the material makes that extra hard. The inability to bend also makes it harder to navigate any 'tight corners', if you know what I mean. Aside from disappointment over the material, this has been a fun toy and has brought about some crazy times. Not for beginners. Use lots of lube.

Be prepared to reach previously unknown heights of stuffed and stretched pleasure!!

OOOMMMGEEE!! This baby is my new boyfriend..sorry Sexflesh Ryan! Okay, this sucker is a monster and not for the faint of heart or beginner. I was getting pretty good at working Ryan all the way in with a little patience and lots of lube but this is a whole new world. Started out using TONS of lube and lube shooters to get it where it needs to go. First handful of times, I could barely get the fat head in. After lots of patience and using some poppers to help relax, I was able to get past the head and then...Wham! the fattest part of this gorgeous hunk of Sexflesh is right behind the head. There is a slight bulge underneath and even though it's slight, any added girth to this baby is noticeable! Worked that area a number of times and finally got past it. After that, lots more lube and patience and seemed to not want to go any further after about 1/3 of the way. Until last night...with a bottle of wine and more poppers, I took lots of time and eventually, by squeezing and releasing, then alternately pushing out..kinda like your voiding, that helps relax the muscles more, I was able to get about 3/4 of this monster in and felt it slip past the inner ring which always has been the turning point which sets me off. Took more time and just kept squeezing and pushing out on it until it was comfortable. I was shocked when I looked in my mirror next to my bed to see that almost the whole best was up inside me! So, lots of patience, lots of lube, and i found using a condom MAGNUM only helped as the sexflesh material naturally grabs a bit. Plus, it helps make clean up a lot easier. This sweet monster weighs quite a bit too but the strong suction cup keeps it up on my bathroom tiles for shower play. Just keep the cup dry. HUGE HUGE HUGE!!!

I like it, but I don't love it. This dildo is HUGE and I mean HUGE!!! It is a very unrealistic size, with a girth of a cup. And the length of a whole cucumber - just imagine a cucumber and times it by 3 in width and height...it is HUGE!!! It's a great dildo if your an anal expert and by anal expert I mean having your ass stretched for years because you'll need it. It is so so so big (have I stressed that enough?) I'll keep it for now, just to look at and admire and slowly, but surely, one day work my way up to it!

Oh boy!

It's huge! Definitely not for a beginner. I'd been using Veiny Victor before and was looking for a longer and thicker fit... Stefan sure delivered! I can take it about three quarters of the way in while using quite a bit of lube. It did have a bit of an door when it came out of the package but it does dissipate. I definitely recommend purchasing it :) (I added a photo showing the difference between Victor and Stefan)

"Stuff Me" is no understatement

Foolish little me didn't expect this to actually be as big as it is. Plenty of lube is needed each time I... stuff myself with Stefan. The suction cup only ever works when it's been wet down, but then it's got hulk like grip. Would NOT recommend for a first sex toy, like, at all. Only reason I rate him a 3 is that he pack a very strong odor, like most other reviews note.
