Ugh, you can't order more than 3 in the same week

UPDATE I was able to order the last one needed, I just had to wait a week or so. ORIGINAL I'm in the middle of a bathroom remodel. After searching for a vanity I wanted, none within my budget, I chose to refurbish my existing built in vanity. I used a 2nd hand solid wood chevron butcher block for my countertop which then left me trying to figure out what to do with the cabinet base. Do I paint it, order new doors or what. I looked online and at my local home improvement stores, but nothing fit the bill. I stumbled across these bath mats, and the dimensions were workable. After some measurements and configuration I decided these would work as my cabinet doors with a little modification. So off to ordering I went. I was able to order 4 of the 7 needed in the used section, then 3 actually new. Well the 1st six arrived as pictured in the listing, the 7th one arrived and didn't have the darker border, it was light like the slats. No big deal, return the one that doesn't match and order another new one. NOPE you can't do that. A message pops up saying I have ordered too many. Well I tried multiple times to no avail. I reached out to customer service thinking something may be wrong with my account. Come to find out the limit I can order from this seller of the new ones is 3, argh! Frustrating, I know I'm not using these mats as designed, but I'm now fully committed to these as doors and not able to order the last one I need to complete my bathroom. If your like me and look for alternative items to create your masterpieces, just know you are limited to ordering only 3 of these. Such a bummer since they are well made and look so nice in my bathroom. But unless I can get 1 more, it looks like I'll end up with mismatched doors. I apologize for the most in my photo, it is under construction. Hopefully this was helpful, Thank you!

Solid construction, stable footing

I bought the bathmat to replace the cloth one I had been using. The mat creaked a lot when I first got it, but the boards never broke, and the noise went away after a week or so. It is not terribly comfortable on bare feet, but it doesn't slip and feels very sturdy. The slats are very effective at removing the excess water and it never feels soaked like the foam/cloth ones can. Overall, I am pleased with the mat and will continue to use it. The only downside (and the reason it is 4 instead of 5 stars) is that is isn't very comfortable and took a while to get used to.

Excellent replacement for a fabric shower mat

Since I moved into my house I've gone through several fabric or rug-like absorbent shower mats. They all get dingy and gross looking so fast. This one works so much better. I step out of the shower and have traction on my feet, and the water is spread out enough that it can easily evaporate and not cause a slipping hazard! The bamboo is perfectly smooth and beautifully shaped, and the rubber feet on the bottom makes it stay put wherever you have it. Also, it's just the right height that my bathroom door can still swing over it!

Needs improvement!

I bought this bamboo floor mat as a way to step out of the shower into something that would dry quick and keep bacteria at a minimum level. Contrary to towel flor mats that stay wet and develops bad odor by the next day. At first impression the product looked beautiful and well made, with a water proof finish and the price at a bargain compared to a $100+ teakwood sauna mats.Unfortunately after one time of use the middle support rail felt very flexible and started to detach from the shorter rails revealing tiny little nails, a sign of limited durability. I give it a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the look and price, but ⭐️ for the poor design. It definitely needs improvement. I will send it back to the manufacturer.

Far exceeded my expectations!

When I ordered it, I really didn’t know what to expect. The package that arrived was bigger and heavier than I expected. So far, I’ve used it in the shower, outside the shower, at the kitchen sink and as a tray for my shoes. Mostly it’s been at the kitchen sink and I’m thinking of ordering one or two more for the other uses. I find it sturdy, attractive and good value for the money. Very nice product.

Exactly what I was looking for.

I was looking for a sturdy bamboo mat for my bathroom that can looks elegant. So far I really like this mat. It is the right size for a adult to stand comfortably in shower. It is quite sturdy and looks classy. The bamboo seems to have a water repellent coating. I hope it does not build up any mildew over time but none so far. I surely recommend it for the value it provides at the price point.

Mold Problem

well made

it’s well made and i feel like it’s way more hygienic to have this rather than a bath mat that can get soggy and build mold. i saw reviews of mold growth, so i decided to put a towel on top, just to absorb the moisture and then i can wash the towel more often. working great so far. it’s a great deal for the price

The quality of the Bamboo is good however it came with a deep scratch

The quality of the Bamboo is good however it came with a deep scratch. And... when you're on it, it makes cracking noise and does not feel very strong it always feel like it will break in 2 pieces. I wish it had a support under in the middle like they have on each side so like that it would most likely be and feel stronger. I would not recommend for this price very disappointed but beautiful

May form mold

Looks good but doesn't look like it will last super long and will form mold on it. Doesn't dry out after every use and it is NOT used every day. So a bit of a concern.

Is it safe to use?

Just received it, didn't get to the mold part that other people are complaining or if it's sturdy or not. I have health concern issues. The mat is advertised as safe, non-toxic. However, the label says it pose cancer risk. I don't think I can take the risk. PS. I stepped on it and I could hear a cracking noise. Not sturdy at all. I have130 lbs. What happens if somebody with more weight use it? It's not worth it, will be returned.

Mold

I was concerned about reviews saying mold would form, and I figured that the problem may have been because the mat was left sitting in water by the reviewers. We made sure that the mat was standing on it's side after every use in order to avoid the potential mold issue. Unfortunately mold began to appear after six months of use, and a lot of the pieces of wood that you stand on came loose. It wound up in the garbage. Don't waste your money on something that you will end up throwing into the garbage, and spend the extra on something made from teak.
