Fantastic for its budget price.

How long have we used the unit? 3 years. What type of flooring do we have? Hardwood laminate and Linoleum. Where have we used the unit? Kitchen, Utility room, dining room, living room, and bed rooms. What's the largest area it had been used for in a single operation? Approximately 700 square feet. (When the unit was newer) Harshest condition the unit has had to deal with? Pet hair, crumbled mud from shoe tread, seeds from parrot feed. Now that the operating environment has been established here are the performance analysis ratings. Pros: 1) The unit cost is reasonable for a budget unit. 2) The unit does a descent job at maintaining a clean floor. 3) The units battery life and range has exceeded expectations. 4) The sweeping patterns are suitable for covering most areas at least once. 5) Recharge is at a reasonable rate. If the battery is completely depleted it will recharge around 150 to 180 minutes. Cons: 1) The unit does not have enough vacuum power to lift heavier soil materials. Such as if the material is mud from shoe cleats. It will pick up most dirt, dust, and powdery like material. Chips and pieces that are approximately one quarter inch in size or larger will likely not be lifted. 2) Not ideal foe use with pet hair. To be fair this is a problem for many equipment. Even brooms get clogged with pet hair. The trouble here is that depending on the amount of hair and frequency of unit use, the sweeper brushes, and rollers become entangled or clogged. The unit will develop problems. Rolling and turning, poor sweeping, reduced vacuum power, and reduced battery operating time. Therefore if you have pets Where shedding is present. This unit must be cleaned often to optimize performance and prevent permanent damage. 3) Perhaps the most needed feature that this unit lacks is the ability to sense and recover from hazards. It has no vertical sensing. So it will continue to propel itself forward. It will wedge under chairs, desks, sofas and anything that it cannot clear height. We do not have steps and have not tested if it can sense them to not go over the edge. It would be nice if the unit would have had a logic to reverse and go another direction if it has been stuck in the same place for more than 5 seconds. Because it does not, the unit gets stuck often on some common household obstacles. Floor vents, trim, furniture edges. Summary: The unit is a great overall for the price. Three years of being used at least three times a week is a testimony in itself. The unit is great for smaller rooms like bedrooms, 16 x 16 feet. Larger areas can be done but it will take awhile for the unit to complete. If you have pets that she'd, I would recommend removing as much hair as possible from the area before the unit is deployed. Also cleaning the unit after use in pet areas is almost a given.

Good basic starter robot vacuum

The media could not be loaded. You want a robot vacuum but don't want to spend $800? This little guy is a good introduction to the technology. I should say first that this is an entry-level robot vacuum. There are basically no frills, bells or whistles on it, and the price is about on par with what you'd expect from this little guy. I'll list a few of the pros and cons: Pros: • it does suck - which is exactly what you want a vacuum to do. You wouldn't think that your floors are dirty and then you open the trap inside the vacuum and discover that it's been working hard • small footprint - the vacuum itself is smaller than many other vacuums, however it is slightly taller. • The price is right. If you don't want to spend > $100 on a robot vacuum, then here you go. • Battery life is about the same as competitors. You'll get it to roam around a room or two before the vacuum says that it's thirsty and needs a break. • Very light-weight. It doesn't feel "cheap", but it is pretty light. • it can make transitions between hard floors and carpet (see video) Cons: • it's not as loud as a traditional, stand up vacuum cleaner, but it is louder than competitors. You probably wouldn't have this guy cleaning your carpets while you're trying to have a conversation with your grandma • you have to plug it in yourself when the battery dies. Not for the faint of heart (or back) • No app, no home mapping. It's pretty basic, so you won't be able to use it to measure your square-footage. You're still going to need to get off the couch for that... Or hire someone. • it struggles with high-pile carpets. Although it can transition from hard floors to carpet, it will struggle if it's a big hill to climb. It's no Rocky Balboa. Although it likes to THINK it is - and at times will attempt to climb up anything else that you've left on the floor. Sometimes it will high-center itself and then struggle like a turtle to get back down. All in all, you're getting what you're paying for. If you're on a budget, this is a good place to start. It's not feature-rich, but it works.

Works great on hardwood floors

I didn’t need an expensive programmable Bot. I don’t have Alexa and see no purpose in telling it to vacuum using my cell when away from home. I live in an old farm house and have no extra wall plugs to allow a docking station to stay plugged in all the time. So why spend money on what I don’t need and won’t use? For the money this little dude works pretty well. I hate to vacuum and I have 2 cats with lots of cat hair. I charged it, put it in one room & closed the door. Let it run until it beeped with a low battery. Cleaned it out, charged it for 30 minutes and repeated in each room. To be fair, I hadn’t vacuumed in a while so it needed the extra time in each room. I have all wood floors and now I can just turn it loose in the entire house once a week and not worry about it. I did learn the hard way that having a small house with lots of furniture you do need to Bot proof the house. It will get stuck under some furniture and climb up table legs if they are slightly round. But just a tap and it turns around. Now that I know what furniture to move or block there’s no issue. I did pick up lamp cords just to be safe. Was so impressed with this thing, I’m buying another one for my sister who has a bad back and all concrete floors.

Dura 1 mes solamente

Tardé mucho en elegir mi robos aspiradora, la pedí en diciembre 2019 y en febrero 2020 descompuesta, no dura el tiempo de trabajo aún cargándola 4 horas, lo máximo que está prendida son 20 minutos. Obviamente la garantía ya había expedido y no la pude hacer válida, así que mis 2mil pesos fueron a la basura! No la compren!!!!

recoge toda clase de pelo de perro, cabellos y pelusas de abajo de los muebles. la capacidad del contenedor de lo aspirado es pequeño, cuando se llena se detiene, (obvio) tal vez si fuera más grande. pero le pongo 10. la paso antes de trapear y así no batallo con tanta suciedad en el trapeador, no gasto tanta agua trapeando porque enjuago menos veces el trapeador.

Perfecta para esta cuarentena

Me cayó perfecta ya que nos ayuda a mantener el piso libre de pelusa, cabellos y polvo. Antes, cada que barria, se levantaba el polvo y de todos modos tenia que pasar el trapeador para que se sintiera limpio el piso, ahora, no es necesario trapear inmediatamente despues de que pasa la aspiradora, el piso se ve completamente limpio. Paso el trapeador a menos que haya una mancha o algo embarrado, de lo contrario, me ahorro la trapeada y aprovecho el tiempo para hacer algo mas.

Pues increible, parece no barrer nada pero el contenedor siempre sale lleno y el filtro muy polvoso por eso creo funciona bien, si aspura y barre y la carga de la pila dura bastante bien

El producto llega sin funcionar

El producto indica que se cargue por 4 horas después de cargarlo por el. Tiempo indicado no inicia, se siguieron las instrucciones y sigue fallando. Veo que hay más comentarios que indican la misma falla. Parece que el producto fue usado y/o defectuoso.
