So far so good.

I’ve used this mattress three times for overnight guests. No problems with losing air. Set up and tear down were easy. Guests said it was comfy. Hardest part was folding it back up to fit in the bag.

It’s a great guest bed!

I have read the reviews on this mattress and took the plunge to order it. We use this mattress about 4-6 times a month. It’s been a year now and it’s still holding well. I strongly believe that people don’t know the mattress must stay PLUGGED IN while in use. It has a great feature that it will inflate when needed and does it quietly. I have it in my bedroom now for my stepdaughter. That’s why the poor reviews for its deflation (not keeping it plugged in). The mattress material can be tough but I use vellux blanket under the fitted sheet for a more pillowy feel and comfort.

Disappointed

Although there are 3 levels of firmness..... it doesn't work Which means that the most valuable part...... it's ability to inflate on its own...... Doesn't work..... Otherwise lovely mattress. Could DEFINITELY use a few more inches in height.

firmness switch is a little wonky

Great air bed it is very comfortable the only problem is that the comfort switch is a bit lose

The perfect, easy to use guest bed!

The air bed inflates very quickly, The Constant Comfort Pump quietly maintains the selected firmness. It deflates very quickly. The storage bag keeps it contained and clean. I bought two for grandchildren sleepovers and I love them!

Full Sized SereneLife Air Mattress

I intend to use this as my full time bed, not an occasional guest bed. We'll see how that goes. I have only had it for a few days (as of Jul 2021). Will update if necessary. 1) Set up was easy, it inflated in just a couple minutes. Be prepared for a very loud vacuum cleaner type sound just while it's inflating. 2) As far as I can tell, it needs to be plugged in at all times in order to stay at the desired firmness. This may be a problem for you if the cost of electricity is a concern. After inflating, the pump runs once in a while, but it's not very loud. When you get out of bed the pump always starts up because of the drop in pressure. You can set it up so that the pump is at the foot of the bed if you find it's too loud. 3) My mattress is sitting on the floor as recommended in the included directions. This may explain why it feels so cold, even in the hot weather we are getting locally. With a mattress topper it is better. 4) It does seem to be stretching, spreading out in the middle a little bit. 5) A picture in the listing shows a child jumping on the bed, but I think it could be easily damaged by this. I hope to get good use out the bed if I handle it gently. 6) Another picture showed them using it outside. Also a bad idea, and I think misleading. The instructions also recommend against it.

Poor customer service!!

Don't buy this, look at other products! I really liked this air mattress before one of the seals broke in the top of it. In working with the company's customer service, they first suggested using the patches to seal the leak. I applied both and that didn't work, the leak continued even without applying any weight or pressure. I went back to customer service to report the issue and requested a refund since I was still within the 6month warranty. Instead they said to go out and buy glue to seal the leak. I asked again for a refund and got nothing. No response whatsoever, totally ignored me. This company doesn't stand by its defective products so don't buy!!!
