Didn’t make it a year.

Didn’t make it a full year and one side has quit working. If I can still exchange this then I would give great reviews. If not I will be pretty upset I spent this much on it and it doesn’t work anymore on one side.

Comfortable, don't feel wires, but doesn't heat whole pad & controller makes a high pitched whine

We bought the king size with dual controls. There are some pros but several cons. Pros: The cords are long enough to sit comfortably on the night stand. The pad is comfortable and we don't feel the wires. My feet rarely come in contact with the plug. Cons: It doesn't heat to the edges of bed ( a good 6 inches in) which is very annoying. I sleep on the right side and when on my back my hand stays cold. The other annoying things are that the controllers make a high pitched whine and are back lit all night. ( The screen goes out, but the 3 buttons stay illuminated). I put a kleenex over it and that helps but I'm hoping for something better. I'm returning it.

Very nice

I live in an apartment with baseboard heating and each room has its own thermostat. My bedroom set dresser blocks the heater so I have a little portable heater that I use. I also keep the windows slightly ajar (I'm on the 3rd floor) for air circulation throughout the winter months. I love how this felt and the heat from all over. It didn't require the extra blankets that I used in the past and that at a very low temp setting. This past winter I slept under a sheet and ONE blanket very comfortably. The controls also allow me to set an automatic shutoff time (in hours) from the time I turn in on. There are dual controls, one for each side of the bed.

A very nice mattress pad

Doesn't heat up close enough to the side edges of the mattress. Has different cold spots during the night. Have to turn it up high every now and again for enough warmth, then back down the next night. Otherwise it is good electric mattress pad, mostly does the job pretty good. When it works correctly, it really helps with my RLS at night

Heats up quickly and radiates from the bottom for overall warmth

I am so pleased with my warming mattress. I have been a lifelong fan of electric blankets but bought this because I couldn't find an electric blanket in the size and price range needed. The ease of set-up, the hiding of the electric cords and the speed which the mattress pad warmed up are all ideal. I like the adjustable auto-shutoff feature as well. The instructions were easy to follow. Just make certain, if you have a robotic floor cleaner, to fasten the cord off the floor under your bed so it doesn't interfere with floor cleaning.

Makes a high pitched noise when in use

Love that it is split per side and can be controlled from either and has an adjustable timer. Looks like it had the best configurations on the market for CA King size. The problem is the control panels BOTH make a high pitched noise when in use. I have to bury them under pillows to make it usable but it's still interferes with sleeping. Almost unusable.

Best part of winter

It is nice to get into a bed that is warm in the wintertime. Preheat function works great. You can adjust the heat for each person in the bed. Since I am on blood thinners, it is nice to keep my feet warm when I sleep.

High pitched whine...

This works great as a heating pad. It warms the bed very well, and can get hot enough to make me sweat. It's also soft enough to where I don't even notice it being under the sheets. I like the timer function to warm up the bed at first and then turns itself off before I get too hot. My main issue with this is the high pitched whine that the controllers emit constantly while they are heating. It's not too bad if you have it up high, and it whines all of the time, so it becomes a white noise, but when it is cycling on and off at the lower settings, it is all that I can hear. I have to turn the radio on just so I can ficus on something else to fall asleep to. I assume this is normal operation, as both controllers make the same noise.

DUAL CONTROL WITH TEMP AND TIMER IS GREAT!

Absolutely love this heated mattress pad! I love snuggling into a nice warm bed and being warm when I sleep. My husband on the other hand loves getting into a warm bed, yet needs to be cool when he sleeps. So the dual controls are awesome as well as the timer for each individual control. We also love the fact that the cover is soft so you don’t feel any wires beneath you while you sleep. I would totally recommend!❤️ Wife of Jay

Poor Heat Distribution

Ordered this one twice, the first time the delivery didn’t make it and I had to fight for a refund from Amazon. My star rating does not reflect that order. The mattress pad only provided heat to the middle of the mattress pad, I get to sleep on the very right side of the bed, because despite it being a king size, I share with a mastiff, a pointer and my wife. So I got no heat, but the dogs probably loved it. Mother in law recommended this to me, but she has the same issue with hers...
