Comfortable Office Chair For the Money
Bought this for my wife who works from home. Compared with a previous more expensive office chair, this one is far superior. And unlike what some reviewers have said; assembly is actually fairly easy. Just follow the enclosed assembly instructions, and allow enough time.

Was great for the first year
I bought this in February if 2022 when I first started working from home. It was great for the first year. Super comfy. However after a year it is starting to break down already. The pleather is coming apart and if I move just right it pinches me. The seat isn't as comfy anymore. I find my back hurts again after sitting for long periods of time when I first got the chair I never had any back pain. About a month ago I turned and leaned just a little to get something that fell on the floor and a screw popped out and I almost fell. I had to hunt down and Alan wrench to put it back in. Thankfully my husband has a set of them. Not to mention the covers for the screws in the arm has been coming off since I put it together. I find myself fixing it multiple times a day on the left side. The right is just fine. Overall just very disappointed it lasted a year before it was no longer good.

Beautiful Chair - Excellent Lumbar Support
I love my new chair! It's the most comfortable office chair I have ever had. I ruptured a disc in my back and bought the chair to support my back while working. The lumbar support is superior and I can work longer than I was able to in my old chair. I am 5'2" and it fits my body really well. Hubby sat in it and also loved the chair. He is 5'8"

A Nice Chair- But Time Will Tell
I originally purchased this chair with a minimal amount of skepticism, based on the previous mixed reviews, but I bit the bullet and did it any way. Assembly was pretty simple. Took me all of about 30-45 minutes to put it together from the first screw, to the last cap being inserted and chair being functional. Although it was pretty simple, I did run into one caveat, much like many have and hope that I get a response after reaching out to customer service, and that is one of the caps that goes in the arm to cover the screw doesn't fit properly. It actually was two of them, but one of them I was able to make work by stretching slightly. (I think the issue here is that the size of the gap doesn't allow it to seat with the bolt inside of the hole, causing it to be cockeyed.) Quality is pretty good- compared to my current chair, this one is a step up, so credit to it for that. But this chair will be my office chair, and will get a bit of use, so hopefully we'll see how it withstands the test of time. Packaging- Now this one gave me cause for concern. I originally was going to send it back as the packaging it came in looked like some sort of knockoff (brown box with "AIR" Executive Chair written on it) -- similar to what many have gotten. And of course, the chair itself has no Serta marking. HOWEVER, I am convinced this is a genuine Serta chair. Firstly, on one side, which I originally missed altogether IS a "Serta" logo. Although this didn't sell me, I did some more digging. The box also has a "True Innovations" marking on it as well. For anyone who doesn't know, True Innovations is the design and manufacturer for furniture utilizing the brands Broyhill, Serta, and La Z Boy, to name a few. Additionally, the assembly instructions that comes with it is a genuine True Innovations manual. With all of this said, contraire to other reviews about it NOT being a genuine Serta office chair, I can almost attest that this is a true Serta Executive chair, even though the packaging doesn't look as most Serta packaging does on store shelves. Bottom line- I'm satisfied with the purchase. Again, not too impressed with the one cap sticking out slightly, but it's functional and works. Hopefully True Innovations responds to my email and I can request the potential for another cap to be sent or something. Would hate to leave it tacky as-is. UPDATE 05/07: I reached out to True Innovations, and provided them the link to this product and they verified that it is a true Serta Executive Chair. Additionally, I explained them the issue with the cap not seating properly. They asked for three pieces of information and said they would get some more replacement caps sent out. Hopefully one of them will sit well. Awesome customer service- but again, let's see how the quality comes through. Fingers crossed!

A Great and Real Comforting Chair - A little hard to put together
As much as this chair is great to sit in and relax is as hard to complete assembly. I have put together 3 of these office chairs by Serta and when you have to screw in the last bolt, (the most important bolt by the way) IT STRIPS OUT. Now I'm not the only one this happen to. Please read the reviews on this chair. Is it a manufacturing defect or I don't know what but 3 chairs with the same problem? Just be aware when assembling this chair and take your time. It took me hours all because of the very last bolt wouldn't thread in.

Support at the right spots for existing lower back problems
This is a new purchase. But I'm really pleased with it, right out of the box. Assembly was easy, with a clear instruction manual included. In just the first hours, my back feels much better than with my prior desk chair. I mold into this one, whereas my old chair left me leaning forward. Long story short, A+ so far.

Not sure I would call this "high back".
I'm knocking off a star because the back just isn't as high as my old Serta executive chair and the recline function doesn't go back as far. Sometimes, I like to put my feet up on my desk during conference calls or video training classes, and this chair doesn't recline back as far. I guess it's what I can expect for the price, so the value is there if you want a decent $200 chair - this one is worth the price. The seat and back are comfortable and feel decent, so it's really not a bad chair for the money. My only gripe is I like to recline back further and have a place for me head to rest.

Beautiful and comfortable
Not perfectly happy but will keep this chair. Package arrived on time and without damage of any sort. Assembly was simple with good instructions. Quality of materials seems appropriate for this price range. This chair tempted me as soon as I saw it (I'm a sucker for good design). For my body type (I'm 5' 8" and 145 lbs) the chair is very comfortable for bum, back and arms. As I do a lot of reading at my computer, I need soft and relatively substantial armrests which this chair has. My only disappointment is that the headrest is too far back and as it is not adjustable, for me it's really of little use unless I add a pillow and slide my bum forward. I live in a smallish town so couldn't test a lot of chairs in person so did what research I could online and then ordered through Amazon. My first choice had to be returned (uncomfortable). If you live in a larger city and can shop in person, I'd certainly recommend doing that regardless of who you buy from.

It's ok, not great
The assembly is relatively easy but the stiffness of the tilting spring is comparable to a spring off a 1972 chevy blazer front end suspension. I'm 200lbs and trying to tilt this chair back on the lowest spring setting is difficult. I would say if you have another 50-75lbs of bodyweight it may be easier. The chair is comfortable to sit it and rolls nicely, but it would be nice if it tilted without constant engagement of my core and glutes to hold it there. In other news, I'm now going to challenge the world record for sit-ups without a break thanks to the 8 hours spent daily on abdominal workouts holding the chair in tilt.

RIP-OFF
I received the chair and assembled it easy enough, however it leans to the left, so when I called Amazon to resolve the issue they told me to contact the manufacture for replacement parts or a refund, so when I did I was told to call Amazon for replacements or a refund, so now neither of them will help me with a refund/replacement and I'm stuck with a $400 chair that leans sideways with no way to fix or replace. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY DO NOT PURCHASE SAVE YOURSELF.
