Comfortable and easy to use with one major flaw
I’m 6’ 210 lbs and this chair is very comfortable. I can adjust the angle and start relaxing… until I get up to go back in the house and touch my metal door handle. No matter what I’m wearing, sitting in this chair for even 5 minutes causes enough static to jolt all of the relaxation out of me right after. I’m debating whether to return it or not because it is very comfortable. We will see…

Naptime and room to spare Comfortable and sturdy
Grabbed this under forty oversized chair and happy I did. I like a wider area to sit so I can lean a bit to the side and a grandchild can snuggle in with me. Or don't have to worry about weight when 2 kids want to recline with grandma. It feels quite solid when sitting as far as stability. It took a bit of a few tries to get my chair to recline as it does take awhile to get the knack. The pull down lock mechanism is good idea to lock yourself in for squirming kids that have a tendency to not hold still. Mainly this is a grownups chair and I keep them folded unless we adults are around so the grandkids refer to these and 'G-ma and G-pa Chairs.' --Fabric is very sturdy and comfortably smooth enough. Since it is black, I would not recommend leaving in sunshine to heat up or fade which would lessen it's life span. I would also avoid lying on it with a wet chlorine or sea water swimsuit for the same reason of harming fabric. This could be solved with a thin loungechair pad or a good absorbent beach towel or even a twin sheet. Sweat can also be salty and leave white marks and degrade fabric. I plan to hose off my chairs if these situations arise. -- The double strand of paracord attachment seems very adequate. I have read where people have kept back up cording around to replace frayed or damaged ones to extend chairs life of use. --The pillow is easily removable as it is just a belt attachment around that can be slid off or moved down to become a pillow for the child or a back support. Possibly one could even put it on the lower section to cushion legs or ankles. I have read where people wanted some cushioning on the bar at bottom for ankles when tall persons use this, and since that is us at over 5ft 10in and 6ft 1 inch... we will try the slip on pipe insulation or the colorful option of those swim tube 'noodles' --(that would need to be sliced along length)-- to slip on bottom bar, for napping comfort. --I mainly put these as options to recline in family room or out on deck with pop-up canopy. --These are not the lightweight chairs you can throw over a shoulder to sprint anywhere... these have some heft to them at around 25 pounds, and are bulky. --There is no included bag for these to protect them. And none offered to buy as of this writing. Someone should make them to sell for all of us who own these! I would recommend getting a cheap flat twin sheet, fold in half lengthwise and sewing up both long folded sides to create a giant pillow case of sorts and create a tunnel at open end to accept some cording to cinch cover closed around chair and carry by cording or hang it up to store. Or if you can find one of those giant dirty clothes bags--canvas or mesh, etc.--that might be big enough to fit these guys. Or use Velcro piece sections tacked around to match up on sheet that you could then open up sheet to lay on your chair to protect the fabric while using it. I know there are cheaper buy 2 options out there but paying a bit more for the wider and heavier duty chair makes me think that they will last longer than one season. Time will tell if I am correct. Oversized? Longevity?
As far as this chair being oversized is questionable. I'm 6'2 and it felt a little undersized. I would say it would be comfortable for anyone 6 feet or less. This issue alone was reason enough for debating or not to send it back for a different chair, until! In less than a week my chair was barely usable because it would stick/grind/catch when trying to recline. I don't know what happened because it was barely used. The box it came in was beat up, maybe that had something to do with it. I did send back the chair and ended up going with the Portal chair which is definitely bigger and obviously easier to recline.

No problems after 2.5 years
We use it indoors so I"ve had zero UV deterioration. Use it every day. No signs of wear. With all "zero gravity" chairs, you have to take time to learn how to recline and sit up in it and each has it's quirks. After a few tries, everyone gives up on the locking mechanisms under the armrests. They work, but each side has to be locked independently so it's too easy to get just one locked and then have to change position a little to lock the other one. Then the frame gets torqued before you can lock the other side. If you slide around in the chair just a tad' you can find the balance point at any angle without locking. If you're going to settle in and watch a movie locking might be worth it. Otherwise. you learn to achieve balance in what may not be the ideal angle, but it's close enough. Speaking of cold, in the winter the chair is breezy. It's a mesh fabric so you will want 6 blankets to arrange under, on and around you to get cozy. You are going to want four pillows in the mix because it's a tightly strung mesh fabric and it's not padded. The foot bar is really just that. You end up with your heels just behind the bar resting on your arches. It's as strange as it sounds, it's imperfect, but cowboy boots help or fishing waders. Ballet shoes not so much. So In any case when unlocking or sitting up, make sure there are no babies, cats, dogs, dishes or other people's feet where the foot bar will come down. Unless you are careful or practiced that footrest can slam down on the floor when you sit up. Then you realize that to stand up, you have to slide forward in the seat which adds even more weight to the foot bar resting on your wife's foot, for instance. So, it's like a "La-Z-Boy," but without the lazy. There are no springs to assist you; no overstuffed padding to swaddle you; no useable locks or brakes to ease you in and out of place. On the plus side, there is no place to lose a remote for 10 years. It's a Less-Lazy "La-Z-Boy," or a "Spartan Boy." In the end, you'll see that it works pretty well for 1/20 of the cost of a new La-Z-Boy and it really is zero gravity, but only when you're not in it.

Not easy to recline.
Very difficult to recline. Had to manually adjust and then sit in.
