Homemade Discus Diet
This product does what it's supposed to. I use it as a nutrient supplement in my homemade discus food. The reason I give it 4 stars is because my package was lost in delivery. The subtracted star should probably go towards amazon and less towards the product, but I don't think it is flawless. I'd buy this again and recommend this to a friend, Just be weary that it may not arrive the day it says.

Love Seachem
Seachem products are amazing. Nourish is one of the many must have's for me. I've never received this leaking or damaged in anyway. I dose once a week with frozen foods and my Cichlids get colorful and more active. I believe that when given properly it helps the color change in cichlids. Giving them the proper nutrients needed during the color change helps them look their best all while doing it naturally (not juiced). I also buy this in small quanities, I've noticed it can go bad and will start to get bacteria growth. So keep it small and you'll keep it fresh.

Good vitamin for fish
Very good product my fish doing well and looking good that's all that matters, just remember you must refrigerate this product after opening or it will good bad.

Should be kept refrigerated I never remember it's there
Just as the title says - used it a bit then promptly forgot I had it since it was in the refrigerator. Tiny expensive bottle - I will assume it's good based on this company's reputation and my experience with many of their other products.

Need to Mix with Food
Sea hem stuff is normally really good. I needed a vitamin supplement for my tropical fish so ordered this. I ha w used it but it’s time consuming as you need to mid it with their food first, so if your in a rush that day it tends to get missed out
