i did have some issues with the lining up for the handles but managed by going on Utube for visual instructions

Great Door Set

The instructions were easy to follow and made installation straight forward. Replaced an old Schlage set and did not have to modify any of the holes in my door.

Good So Far

I bought this lockset for the chrome finish. My previous lockset, which was Schlage but came with a new home, started discoloring within a year. Based on Schlage's website, most finishes are protected by clearcoat (like a car). If the clearcoat is damaged, discoloration will start. The chrome and stainless finishes seem to be able to hold up without this protection and so may be more long lasting. Ignore the paper install instructions and go straight to the youtube videos. Installation wasn't bad (but I'm replacing a recent Schlage with a new model). Once installed, it works fine.

This front entrance door hardware kit was exactly what we wanted for our home. Easy / peasy to install in less than an hour and very adaptable for a perfect fit...looks great!
