Nice quality

High-quality, firm foam. Foam expanded to full size after a few hours and was easy to cut to the size I needed. I didn’t notice a smell at all when I removed from packaging. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase!

Cost effective alternative

I buy rolls of 1” soft foam to pack fragile glass sculptures. For years I bought from Uline, but theirs is a much more expensive product with comparable quality. The only downside is the need to unroll the foam and lay it flat to “puff it back up.” For me, it’s worth the inconvenience.

Comfy one piece couch cushion

Had a decade old couch with feather poking me in the rear. Bought this, unrolled it, let it rest, pulled the junk cushions out and trimmed this as a one piece cushion. What a FOOTBALL COUCH! Covered it with a sheet for test run for a month. 100 buck new couch. ..beats 1500 for a new couch at costco..

Very easy to work with

This foam roll is certainly an abundant product for its price point. It is lasting me quite awhile already is very easy to cut and work with. I purchased this roll at the request of my child so she can make large cut out ears for custom dinosaur masks. This product has proven great for the aforementioned task and will purchase again when the time comes.

The foam was firm. Big improvement over what I had. Definitely recommend. The foam comes vacuum packed in a box you will not be able to fit it back into the box.

VERY FIRM but major improvement over our old unsupportive couch cushions

Our current couch wasn’t offering any support anymore. The springs under the cushion were fine, but the foam cushions had broken down over time and were causing back pain. Since we can’t go couch shopping in-person during Covid but didn’t want to have continued back pain, I wanted to try just replacing the foam for now. We were nervous about the comfort not being able to test it before buying. It is VERY FIRM! I may have bought the medium density instead if I had been able to test first, but my husband likes it as-is and probably over time I will too as it softens up. You will definitely want to wrap the foam in Dacron/batting. The seller does offer a cutting service (for a fee) but I was nervous to do that since my foam had compressed so much over time and I wasn’t sure the dimensions would be exact. The other reviews were right, it’s very easy to cut yourself. I used a long serrated bread knife and was able to cut each cushion and get the cover back on in 15-20 minutes. I even have enough leftover to make a little dog bed. It’s not a clean smooth edge like the factory could have done, but it’s hidden by a cover anyways, so I don’t mind. It arrived a couple days after I ordered, rolled in a box. It immediately popped up to the correct size (dimensions were exact to what I ordered) and did not have any strong odor. Definitely recommended if you need to replace old couch cushions or to create new.

Definitely purchase again

The foam showed up as advertised. It took about 24hrs to fully fill out. Definitely happy with the quality of the foam would purchase again
