Very cute
Got this to hide a litter box in a main area of the house. Works great, looks great - love it!

Exactly what I was looking for!
This is a so neat! We got the white 4 panel one, and my husband built a frame to fit (like a very large shadow box) to hang on the wall with this little room divider over it (like window shutters). I am including pics from all angles to show the frame incase anyone else wants to try this. I make amber necklaces and the bead boxes that hang on my wall are dark and make my work space look ugly and cluttered. I much prefer a light minimalist look, and now my wall looks just that - light and minimalistic - I love it. The only thing I don't love is that the hinges are bright gold. He removed the middle hinge to make it functional for opening and closing, and will be painting the remaining hinges white to blend better. Overall, it's light weight, beautiful, and functional. I'm thinking of purchasing more to use in the same way to cover the TV in our bedroom and living room.

Out Of Sight, Out Of Mind...
This Shoji Screen works perfectly to hide the multitude of cords and electronic modems that enable my household's television, telephone and internet services. After getting a new puppy, I was forced to find something that would shield all of these important components from his inquiring mind and razor-sharp teeth, and this screen has done the trick! The screen is also beautiful, with nice hinges that work smoothly and well. I'm very happy that I found it!

Very attractive, properly squared craftsmanship
I love Japanese screens in museums, so I considered this option to hide the tadpole cycle in the front library in a condo without blocking the window. It exceeded expectations in the classic design and the quality of the carpentry, so it stands easily in maneuverable positions. Each frame is solid without the least flex.

My Cats Get Privacy and My View is Improved
Bought this to put around my cats' litter box which is housed in the powder room just off of my living room. What a relief. I was so sick of looking at that thing under my sink, and had tried to concoct a couple of other blinds, but nothing that looked as nice as this does. This is an addendum in response to a question posted about cats scratching it. Photo 1 is from the original review. In picture 2 it shows the screen in place, as is after 3.5 years in service to their privacy and my sense of aesthetic vis-à-vis a litter box. Picture 3 shows in near-view what the cats can do to the screen, and in picture 4 you can see the minor repair by gently scraping a razor blade across the paper. Note that the flashlight is placed to accentuate damage and the repair, so it appears less noticeable when it's on the floor and the light is from 8 feet above.

These are great for so many uses.
These are so perfect for so many uses. Even if you don't know what you are going to use them for I would pick up a couple. You wouldn't believe how many uses these come in for me. I am using them right now to block my cats from jumping on my counter and then when I cook I just move them. Ive used them on the window ledges at time, just wherever and when I need them they are great. They are so pretty and decorative looking also.

Great decor item
I have a coat closet in our entry hallway that has a vaulted ceiling, so the top of the closet begs for something. I retired the silk japanese maple tree I had there for may years and wanted to switch to something that wouldn't be as much of a dust collector. I purchased this small screen to use as a backdrop for a lantern and "dry river" stones. It adds just enough to an odd space, goes with our home decor, and will be easier to clean. That the hinges swing both ways make this easy to position. It is as sturdy as a shoji screen can be (paper!). I love the way it looks and would recommend this for decoration.

perfect dimensions
Happily, the external dimension were spot on. The height is 24 inches including frame.
