Works as it should, simple install
Replaced the control panel that I accidentally shorted out. The process is pretty simple. I removed one wire from the bad board and immediately plugged it into the replacement board so I wouldn't screw anything up. probably took me 30 min to pull the stove out, replace the board and put the put the oven back. Note: the board does not come with with a new board overlay. Being the cheapskate that I am, I decided to try and reuse the existing overlay and it worked just fine. I just peeled the overlay off of the old one and stuck it to the new.

can't stand the heat...
Unfortunately, GE has built countless stove models over the last twenty years with an electronic control panel just above the heat elements. Within a few years, they fail. Some boards also have failure of relays from heavy use. The oven model number was on a sticker in the pull-out drawer at the bottom of the range. The number may contain a series of zeros in the middle of the set. If you can't find a product match online, try searching for the part by removing one of those zeros from the model number. In example, for model 123000456, you may try searching it as 12300456. This control board (WB27T11311 (T09 control board)) was used to replace the faulty one on a GE TrueTemp Range. There are several older (obsolete) control board models that this replaces, those obsolete ones being #s WB27T11273, WB27T10816 and WB27T10467. There are several videos online that show how to replace the control board. With only simple tools, it takes about fifteen minutes from start to finish.

genuine OE unit at a slightly better price
It is cheaper than original equipment dealer! Easy to install, just plug in and try it out. You must re-use or buy a new face sticker (expensive). I bought one from a different oven model that was about 50% cheaper and it worked great with slightly ivory color vs white, but I didn't want to pay $90 for it - I paid about $38 (Still way too much).

Easy fix
This part resurrected my ten year old oven, which was at the point where the top burners worked but not the oven. Took off about six screws that hold the back metal panel, then four screws that hold on the control board. Then just move the color coded wires from the old board to the same slots on the new board and reassemble. Shipped quick too.

Easy install, eight wires to unplug and replug
I toasted my original control board changing the oven light housing (should have unplugged range). This is a GE OEM direct replacement for at least $30 less than I could find in the San Antonio area. Easy install, eight wires to unplug and replug. No need to buy the face plate that's not included, just carefully remove the old one and reuse. Best part was the shipping speed. Product arrived in less than 36 hours!

It's working
Works well, but had no way of telling if the cover came with it. Received it and of course it did not. Be specific and state product comes in a specific color.

Two versions of this part number???
It seems there are two versions of the same part number. One has a red 5-pin plug on the back next to the white one, and there's another that doesn't. I don't have a wire on my stove that fits the red plug, only one for the white plug. Installed anyway to see, and it appeared to work at first. It went into Preheat mode and clicked like it does when the thermostat kicks on, but after a few minutes, the oven was still cold. There is another that says it is a replacement for the one I need, but there's no pic of the back so I don't know if it has the red pin or not. Guess I'll have to order it to find out.

Hook up was a little different. Plastic face was a little difficult to take off of old unit. Amazon should sell both.
