Bags Can Fall Out
Excellent product with one fault. The doors have small plastic nib that locks and holds the door closed. If your bags get caught in between the nib and the case, it will open and your bags will fall out. Case allows both doors to open. You only need one functioning door. The Mech needs to be beefed up. When you load it, tighten bag roll (reduces diameter) so it has room in case and thus won’t interfere with door closing properly. You’re good to go. A screw on cap would solve it but….people would LOSE the cap and complain. DON’T LOSE the rubber plugs. Plugs close bag hole so you can carry small treats. *TIGHTEN the bag roll.*

Treats on the go
Works great, doesn’t just pop open. Only issue is it could slide out of the spot if it gets hit (doesn’t just slide out on its own), and the rubber square that would change it to a doggy bag can fall out and get lost.

Cap shuts tight for me!
I was on the fence about this product after I read some of the reviews because of the repetitive comments about the caps on the sides not shutting all the way and treats or bags falling out. It sounded annoying - I even saw someone taped the cap shut. I truly think they had to of updated this product because I don’t have that issue at all & I can hear a very sturdy *snap* each time I shut it. I’m very happy with it & it’s very good quality for the price. Online I was confused on how it was going to attach to the leash itself but once I got the new leash in the mail too it was very obvious. I ordered them together, good thing I did, my old outdated flexi leash does not have the built in slot for this to slide into. So heads up: these only work on the newer models of flexi leashes. It’s a very convenient & intelligent design. They built a slot into the retractable leash handle for the arm of the canister to slid into.... and it snaps into place firmly as well so I’m confident on its durability and stability as of now. I’d recommend the purchase for sure!

Good But Limited Usefulness and Expensive
Flexi makes the BEST retractable leashes. We have a couple small and medium sized flexi leashes and thought we'd buy one of these multi boxes to carry poop bags or treats in. The multi box is well made and clips to the underside slot in the bottom of the Flexi leash handle. It fits well however it have limited use. You can carry either poop bags in it or treats but not both. When carrying treats the treats sometimes are noisy bouncing around in the hard plastic tube and in some cases get broken into small bits. After purchasing the multi box I found another product on Amazon which is a leash accessory bag by Doggo. The Doggo accessory bag fits on most retractable leashes (not just Flexi) and holds both poop bags and treats. Overall this Flexi Multi Box is good but expensive and has limited usefulness. I personally prefer the Doggo Accessory bag which you can also search for on Amazon. The Doggo bag is lower cost and more versatile allowing you to hold and carry more items.
