WONDERFUL PAINT

Good heavy body paint. Good for one coat projects, calligraphy painting, wording, and thick or bold artwork. Very thick, does not run.

Bubble wrap much?

Unfortunately whomever packaged my order didn't put any bubble wrap in it, so the lid broke and it leaked in the box. But it still seems to be pretty good quality acrylic for a good price.

This is a good paint.

This paint mixes well with extenders, and produces beautiful cells and lacing.

Chalky appearance after it dries.

It has a thick consistency and goes on smooth when painting, but it has a very chalky appearance when it dries on canvas or wood. It shows a lot of dirt, finger prints etc when you barely touch the surface. I am going over the areas with a matte modpodge but it still have a chalky appearance compared to liquitex black acrylic paint. I think it's fine for children or basic crafts but not for fine art. It may look better if you spray a glossy varnish on top.

Good acrylic for art and crafts

Heavy basic acyrlyic black. True to description at excellent price. I had not hear of this brand before. I usually use Basic. This is thicker and so may require some watering down.
