What is that Smell? I want to eat it!

As far as modelling clay goes, this stuff is the best I've used to date. It didn't leave my fingertips all grungy. It didn't leave oil stains. I held its shape, AND smoothed delightfully with the hair dryer. I love it. Also, as it's non-sulfured, it does not interfere with silicone curing. I used this stuff to make molds for candles and soaps, and I love it! Finally, the smell. It smells (to me) like berry candy. It's crazy. I'm used to modelling clay being a bit stinky, but not this stuff. No. (can you guess what I'm about to say?) I love it!

This clay does not inhibit platinum cure silicone.

This clay does not inhibit platinum cure silicone! I recommend it to help with mold making and casting. I used it to seal the edges and prevent leaking for a plastic 3D printed mold that I was casting silicone in. The silicone cured just fine, this clay is definitely sulfur free. The clay is also very soft and easy to work with, and it smells nice. It does not dry out and it can be reused many times. This product is a great value especially for the price. I had only used the more expensive Chavant NSP clay for mold making before, and I was worried this one would inhibit the silicone or not preform well, but it’s absolutely perfect. I actually like this more than the Chavant NSP clay because not only is it cheaper but it’s also a lot easier to work with. It is soft right out of the packaging, you don’t need to heat it up for it to be usable.

Great Value Good Clay

Performs well and holds up to 2-part molds. Medium texture softens the more you work with it. Overall, good block of clay.

Great for sealing cracks when casting

This clay is great for when I have to seal cracks in my molds for silicone mold making!

Pleasant room freshener!

Bought specifically to obtain a reverse mould for a set of teeth. Initially the clay is extremely hard to soften in the hands ... I genuinely couldn't manipulate it enough to make a smooth putty-like form but, leaving a chunk outdoors in the sun, did the trick. The clay can be placed into dental trays and is soft enough to bite into, but firm enough to extract without loosing any indent shape. The beauty of this is that the material can be re-used time & again. Leaving the unused portion of the block in a room, yields an excellent alternative to (vanilla) air-fresheners!

Texture is the Right Consistency

The formula that's used is a little stiff but workable and stays in place. I didn't have good luck with bees wax the Plastilina meets my needs and would buy again.

Really good clay, but cannot make up for my lack of skill :/

This clay is really good for modling It has a vanilla smell, it doesn't dry, and you can smoothen it with mineral oil and a brush. Unfortunately it can't do anything about my lack of motivation to actually use it. Not to mention I don't have the talent for it :/ But hey, it does what it is ment for if that's what you are interested in. Good luck!!

Easy to use. Good for practicing sculpting.

I found this to be soft, but I used it outside in the sun. It wasn’t too soft though. I just use it for practice because it doesn’t harden, so I use it over and over. It would be good for kids too to learn with. It smells like vanilla and the greasiness comes off hands easily with dish soap. Put in plastic ziploc after opening to keep fresh.

Bien

La pâte est très dure mais elle devient malléable avec la chaleur des mains. Elle sent la vanille. Elle est facile a utiliser mais elle n'est pas assez humide. La pâte a une consistance de pâte à biscuits sablés.( Granuleuse et elle s'effrite. ) Pas super pour les projets minnusieux . C'est de la pâte à modeler, pas de la pâte polymère ! Ça ne va pas au four ! 30 secondes a 175°f et j'ai vue mes champignons fondre comme beurre au soleil ! Ça ne sèche JAMAIS! Lisez bien la description
