Finally, exactly what I wanted
A long time ago I had a battery powered vacuum sealer and the bags for it were sold locally. Then they weren't. Then I discovered these vacuum seal bags, another sealer that has a plug in power supply, though batteries are an option too. The various sizes of this company's vacuum seal bag work perfectly with the new sealer. Re-use of the bags after washing them may be a little sketchy with certain foods. Dry good foods or other objects should be fine to allow the bag to be reused. I have not experienced any problems using these bags, 1 quart and 1 gallon sizes, so far. I will keep an eye on the prices for future purchases. I will consider other options for use that may not be food related. I like this product.

Works great!
I had a handheld Ziploc pump that came free with quart vacuum seal bags. I got these years ago and couldn't find more bags for it. These quart size FoodSaver bags worked fantastic! They're even a little roomier than the Ziploc bags so extra points for that. Will definitely purchase again.

Good but still a percentage that doesn't work as intended
I really like them overall but.... of the 18 bags so far 5 have refused to stay vacuumed?! Not sure what is wrong with them, I keep trying and using different items but eventually air gets back in.

Work great with FoodSaver
I have been using these bags for awhile with my FoodSaver. They work well both in the freezer and the fridge. They will leak eventually, but are not meant to hold forever. I wash them out and reuse a couple of times before tossing them since they are more expensive than most zipper bags.

The bags keep the vacuum seal for 2-3 days. These are the same bags which came with the vacuum sealing device. Good for keeping cheese, vegetables and fruits unspoilt for longer. Highly recommended.

Great bags for smaller items
My hubby takes muffins in his lunch and these bags are the perfect size. I have the Foodsaver with the handheld piece which works perfect with these bags. Will definitely reorder. So far, they are not losing any of their vacuum seal, wish they were sold in stores like Costco though :) Terrific price for this order.
