Looks great but you need the right light
We did 3 coats on a small wall and it looks really cool in the right light (over light pink paint) but think about where you will get the best light before you use it. From some angles, you wouldn't even know there was any glitter on the wall. That isn't the fault of the product but just something to think about.

Love this glitter so much!
The media could not be loaded. I LOVE this iridescent glitter glaze! In the video, I’ve painted the glaze over a Clark & Kensington paint color called Silver Glamour, which is silver grey with a hint of lavender. I used two coats of the glitter, but Rustoleum suggests 3-4 coats. If I do that, I’ll need 40 cans for my project (15x25 ft room) and that feels ridiculous and expensive. My room doesn’t get sunlight so trying to find a light to show off the amount of glitter on the walls was difficult. I used a flashlight in the video and a led stage light in the photo, that’s why the photo is that gorgeous purple. The true color of the wall is in the video. I’ve tested this iridescent glaze on Tiffany Blue turquoise paint and didn’t like it, the Tiffany blue was too gorgeous on its own. Then I tested it on my 20-year-old off-white painted wall and it looked like I spilled water on the wall and there’s a water stain. But this silver/grey/lavender paint was a perfect undercolor for the iridescent glitter. Some notes for anyone who tries it: - if you use a can over a few days or weeks (testing etc), the top of the can rusts fast, so rust particles get into the glaze. I picked them out as I rolled it on the wall. (Rust oleum - change to the plastic tops that Behr uses) - use a large roller. I’ve painted this on using a brush, small roller, and large regular roller. The large regular roller has the most even application. - it can be easily painted over! That’s the beauty of this. I’ve painted over this glitter on a wall three times with three different paints! The paint I’ve used is one-coat application paint but they fully cover the glitter...like it was never there. I’m sure if you shone light where the glitterwas, you’d likely see specks of glitter but I love that it covers so easily especially during all those tests I did.

I think it changed the color of my base paint
In the first picture I had just repainted my bookshelf a light grey concrete color, after Appling the glitter paint I noticed the color had changed, in the second and third picture it had become a peach pink hue color. The glittler paint is on there but its hard to see yhe glitter on camera. It's not a big change of color but you can definitely see the tinge of peach pinkish hue. So that kind of made me sad. I really liked the first paint I had put on the book shelf. I'm glad I wasn't doing a wall and then put this glitter paint on it after. The whole wall would of been peach pink. The glitter looks really nice. And the more you put on the more it gets glittery. This is paint is fine if ur doing like a little kids room and u don't really care about the color scheme to much, but if ur trying to match furniture and you color has to be exact to what you want in the end product, I wouldn't choose this paint to go over it. It would ruin your end product unless you're going for a peach hue paint finish. It's cute and pretty but now it doesn't match my room exactly how I wanted my bookshelf to match with the other furniture. Oh wells. You live and you learn. Glad it was just a fun side project for me and nothing I'm taking to seriously. If anything I'll just replace the whole bookshelf In a few years if it gets to old looking anyways

LOVE this paint!
The media could not be loaded. Just finished a fantastic accent wall using this paint! The base is clear, so I painted my wall with a metallic pale gold as a base, then added more gold glitter in a slightly lighter gold as well as a holographic gold, stirred & painted away with a smooth foam roller. After 4 coats, the result speaks for itself! No buffing needed, either - BONUS! I would highly recommend following a similar process to what I did - metallic base coats, then adding at least 1 different shade of gold glitter for better coverage, depth & more light refraction. It can come out a tad dark, so I used a lighter base coat for that reason - couldn’t be happier. It holds up very well with no shedding & cleans up easily. The foam rollers seem to allow for better coverage with this paint, as well. I Highly recommend this paint for anyone wanting a little extra sparkle in their home.

Be prepared to buy a lot.
The media could not be loaded. So we got clear so we could add just a touch of gold mica to it over orange, coverage is very small per quart so we ended up having to buy four, about $98 worth if I remember right and although it looking very bright while mixing it did end up being just a touch of glitter, and it doesn’t add any gloss at all, quite expensive for such a small affects. The pictures don’t do it justice, but if you want a really glittery affect be prepared to buy a lot and add A LOT of glitter. I’m not paint maker but if you like doing that kinda thing I would bet sense it smells like glue when you apply it that regular clear coat with clear glue and glitter added to it would have the same effect for half as much money. Updating to four stars because it ended up going a lot farther then specified so we’re able to do multiple coats and it really does make the ceiling glow like the sun when lite up.

Fast delivery
Does its job, definitely use over a darker colour, the paint is very thick and sticky so it comes out patchy on wall but does overall do the job!

Makes a disaster of a mess
I attempted to use this glitter for a bathroom wall, unless you get it absolutely perfect and every single coat is done even - you’ll be ok, if not it looks dirty and clumpy. I ended up painting over it with a different glitter product.

Don’t waste your money.
The media could not be loaded. Paid 62.09$ for this small container of paint. Was already feeling iffy about the purchase. We opened it and thought okay maybe this could work. The glitter was beautiful on the inside. We started painting and it was a thick, thick texture. It left clumps on the dresser. A waste of money, would not buy again and I do NOT recommend.
