Works good as a filter so far

Order this filter to remove sand from my well water seems to work great able to swap out all the filter while cleaning this one. Would buy again.

works great to catch granular sediment

I use this for my well line. It is first in line, in front of a 50 micron filter. In combination they work great. No granula stuff in faucet screens. The water runs crystal clear. No decrease in water pressure. I change them about every 3 months. Highly recommend.

actually made in USA?

The filters are identical to all the USA filters I've bough over the years and I compared to one I had yet to deploy. Each filter is in a sealed bag, as in past, but the bag has two labels, one over the other. The top label has no country of origin information, but careful removal shows the original label with "Made in USA". I use the 100 mesh to trap the sand/sediments from our water well. Significantly reduces the amount of 'stuff' that would otherwise clog the filters in faucets, shower heads, etc.
