Definitely a costume
Cute but made to "fit" a variety of shapes and sizes. All one piece: blouse, jacket, skirt, petticoat and belt. Doubt if it is washable. Not particularly flattering. Definitely a costume.

Super cute
My daughter had a 50’s dance and she picked this costume out. It was super cute, I had to safety-pin the belt because it kept riding up pass her waistline. Other than that I have no complaints.

Fits well
This dress is a good deal for the money. If better than expected. I am a 10/12 dress size and it fit well. The belt was not too tight. I would have preferred a fuller skirt portion, but that’s my preference. I can be extra sometimes. I would recommend it

it should say Adult costume
I really like it, but it should explain it is for an adult, one size fits all, not girl costume. I bought it for my 11 yr old daughter and she is 5'1" . The top part of the costume was too big, but the skirt fit just right for her. She really like it for her 1950's school talent show, so we cut off the top half, and sewed the belt back to the skirt, we bought a red blouse, the black glasses and polka dot hair bow and the outfit was ready for talent show.

Perfect Dress for 60/60’s Oldies Night!!
I was doing a performance with a couple of other professional musicians of 50’s/60’s songs and wanted to dress the era. This dress was perfect. I did cut the elastic glitter belt off and replaced it with a real belt so that it better fit my waist. LOVED IT.

Top and jacket is small and tight
I bought this for a 96 lb 5' 2" girl and the skirt was just right, but once she got it on she had a hard time getting it off because the top and jacket are so tight. I ended up cutting off the top, jacket and belt and the skirt had elastic around the waste so she just wore the skirt and her own white shirt. The jacket is so very stiff and compared to the skirt, it is small. I actually thought it was worth the price though since the skirt is very nice and she can wear it. The skirt was perfect for a 50's dance!

One size is not one the size chart, so I took a chance. Happily it paid off and fit my daughter perfectly. This costume is very cute. We were also happy to find out that we did need to purchase a separate petticoat, there is one built in. The only thing that keep this from getting 5 stars was the construction of the sequin belt.

Wouldn't even give this a one star This dress is poor quality it is damaged and the threading has came away very disappointed I have a party tonight and can't where this ????
