It's okay, but could be cheaper for the quality.

I originally wanted a police officer costume, but everything was too short for work. I thought this would be a short dress on me that I could wear tights with, but turns out it stopped barely below the butt! I am 6'0" and hippy so I figured it would be short, but I didn't expect it to be so short I had to wear leggings with it. Also the material is a little flimsy and it doesn't even come with a hat, this is a $20 costume at best, not worth $40+. The men's version seems much better in terms of quality. I also thought it would be low-cut in the front the same as on the model, but on me the neckline is so high you can't even see my cleavage. I guess I'm not busty enough, but it does have a half-zip in front to adjust.

Runs small. Definitely size up!

I’m 5’3 and 230. I normally wear a 17/18 in jeans and xl in shirts. After reading other reviews, I ordered the 3x/4x which seemed excessive to me but I’m glad I did. It fit well around the hips (this costume is short so I wore shorts under). It was a little loose up top. The V neck definitely doesn’t come down like the picture or that far so unless you have some DDs or more, you won’t get cleavage like that. I had to unzip it some. The arms fit well. Unfortunately the suspenders were about 5 sizes too big and the part that goes around your waist isn’t adjustable. I was going to cut and hot glue them to the right size but ran out of time.

Plus Size Woman Beware..

I ordered a 3/4xl. Normally wear an 18 and 1-2x shirts - this fit comfortably on top (size B bra) but was VERY SHORT- I also have a big butt but still very short! Thankfully I had comfy leggings shorts I wore underneath (as shown in the pic) - downside is the “suspenders” are HUGE... the dress has NO loops to put them thru like a belt. When you wrap it around you and it stays by using a tiny square piece of Velcro. Had to run to dollar store and buy safety pins to pin up the shoulders and back so it would stay in place. It was cute but knocked off stars for price, size and cheap “suspenders.” Would def not call this a PLUS SIZE costume.

Cute! But a few issues.

The dress itself is very cute! However, it is reeeeally short. I mean, I'm 5'7" so I expected it to be a little short, but without anything underneath, my butt hung out almost completely. Hence, I bought leggings for underneath and it was fine. Also, the suspenders aren't long enough to be able to hold and wear at the waist, so I tightened it in the back and wore it between the second the third buckles. It's great quality and I loved that the metal hooks held really well, plus it's not too low cut. If you're looking for something more modest, I wouldn't recommend, but if you pair it with some sexy boots, it's great for the bedroom!

Substitute Short for Small

This fit well, but I have a long torso and it was made for Short and Plus Size, not Tall and plus size. I'm not just being shy, it came down to the middle of my but. I ended up wearing it as a t-shirt with a pair of black leggings and it looked fine.

Never got to wear it. I am a size 1/x 2/x but this was beyond short. It looked more like a shirt or for someone who wears a size large. I couldn't even save this costume by wearing tights.
