I bought these for my son's Batman Halloween costume. He really wanted gloves to complete his look. The price was good and I ordered them well in advance of the holiday. The first pair that arrived had two right hand gloves. I immediately logged into amazon and requested a replacement pair. They gave me a prepaid shipping label to send back the defective pair and sent the replacements immediately. I got the new ones two days later and that pair was as expected. My son is almost 6, but very small (Wears 4T) and these gloves are just a little bit too big on him, which is how I expected they would fit. We are both very happy. I gave it 4 stars because I did have to send back the first pair of gloves.

Awesome Gloves!

I asked if these would fit a 7 year old who wears a size 7/8 clothes and I just want to say thanks to all who answered my question. You all are great!! Yes they fit!! My granddaughter is a Batman fan and has been for over 4 years now..she outgrew her old costume yet still squeezed into it so she had mentioned how she would love to have a black one now so as a granma who listens I surprised her with the costume and the gloves!! She is not Batgirl as people say when she wears her costume she is Batman. I attached a picture for you to see that they do fit. Thank You for making a little girl very happy!

Better than the costume

My grandson loves his gloves! He wears them with his batman costume; he wears them with his other superhero costumes; he wears them with regular clothes. He has decided that they make him strong and that they have 'buttons' on them to contact other superheroes! he likes the gloves better than the costumes!

Bat-Tastic!

These gauntlets (gloves) are fantastic and my 5 yr old daughter loves them! She puts these, her mask & cowl on and she becomes the Dark Knight! Please do not hesitate, your child will love them!

"child size" should be "toddler size" way too small for kids between the ages 7-12

The quality of the gloves was fine, it was what I expected but please be warned mothers these gloves should be "toddler" size instead of "child" the fingers are 2" long. My 8 year old has 4"fingers, the next size up, the "adult" size, are sized for men and are really too big. Just be careful . Im thinking about cutting the fingers out at the end and maybe putting another pair of thin gloves under neath...i will figure something out...good luck, GOD BLESS

Fun for play!

My batman obsessed son loves these still years later! They have been worn numerous times. A few seams on the fingers have come open after many many uses but are easily fixable. For the price and the enjoyment, I don't think you can go wrong. When purchased my son was four and they fit fine...slightly big. He can still wear them at 6 but they are slightly small.

One Size for smaller kids

They are too small for my 9 year old who's almost 5' tall. The material doesn't stretch. The middle finger is about 2.5" long and the pointer finger is about 2.25" long as a frame of reference. They are a decent quality and will get a good amount of play time.

Nice gloves

I bought these for a costume I made for my seven year old son, and while I have modified them somewhat I quite like the gloves as they are. The odd thing is about them is that they are quite short in the fingers. The thumb is fine and and the overall hand size is fine, but the fingers of the gloves are only about half the length of his fingers, for which I have marked them down slightly. Other than that, I'm happy with these gloves. They are tactile enough for him to wear and play with things and he really likes them. The quality is reasonable and they've stood up to both him playing with them and me drilling holes in them and attaching extra bits to them. I'll add a picture at some point which shows the gloves in a bit more detail, as the picture on the listing is quite small.

Batman Gloves

My toddler loved these gloves! They fit great with some room for growth. However, I did notice that they were starting to have little holes between the fingers :( Overall they were a hit and I probably will have to buy another pair if they don't last.
