Looks cool but adhesive is doing worse than the CVS brand take I had before this

I put this on about 11 hours ago and it’s already looking like this. A little bummed considering how much it costs compared to the cvs brand equivalent. I haven’t taken it off yet but hopefully it won’t have skin irrigation like the cvs brand

People love the bold tattoo pattern

The tape works great, as always. This particular pattern wasn’t my first choice, but after having worn it for a strain, I am hooked. People love the pattern.

Helps With Knee Stability

I was introduced to kinesio tape by my physical therapist who suggested it as a help in stabilizing the patella in my knees. I have osteoarthritis in both knees, and have been doing therapy to help strengthen both legs in an effort to postpone surgery for a while yet. Along with the exercises, the tape definitely helps with support, especially on stairs. I don't get as much pain and difficulty when climbing stairs or when I am on my feet for a long time. It's a bit tricky getting the tape around the kneecap just right, but a little practice (and it helps if you have someone to demonstrate it like my PT), you get it quickly. I do only keep it on for a couple days as it does start to stretch too much and loses some support help, and then I give the skin a chance to breathe for a day or so to keep it from getting irritated by the constant adhesive. So far, so good!

Doesn't stick as well as plain black version

I bought the tattoo version because it was cheaper than the plain black but it just doesn't stick like the plain black one. I have used Rock Tape since my knee replacement 7 years ago to help with IT band syndrome and it actually helps a lot, but only if it stays on.

Best K tape and super cool pattern

I've used many K tapes over the years, and I always come back to this brand. A friend had given me the end of a roll of this pattern a long time ago and I loved it. I was really happy to have found it on Amazon! I mostly use K tape on my hand and wrist. Many, many years ago, I needed a solution that would provide support on my hands/wrists but allowed me to still wash my hands. This was the perfect solution for that! This pattern is a bonus for my purposes. I get compliments every day that I wear it because it looks like a cool tattoo. It's already embarrassing needing to wear support devices/products on my hands, so when I can get away with only wearing K tape, I'm happy that it's one that doesn't look like a bandage but something cool.

Good tape

PT recommended it. I wear it swimming and it still stays on for a couple of days. Doesn’t tear up your skin when you remove it or leave adhesive behind like other tapes.

Love how many colors there are- and how well it works

Love this design. Love rocktape better than kenisio tape oddly enough. Google usually shows great applications for your issues. And physical therapist was one to turn us onto these as well as give us some methods to apply to the knee (mis aligned kneecap) and shoulder/neck (blown cervical discs and shoulder injury. We got ankle (twisted), foot (planter fasciitis), and wrist (tendonitis) and lower back how tos from YouTube. Rocktape irritated my daughter less than kenesio for some odd reason. Stayed on longer, And do NOT get the KT tape at local stores (Walmart, CVS etc) because its junk. Put said kenesio vs rock tape is personal preference but (cannot remember exactly which body parts) some areas worked better with one over the other. I believe knee was better with rock.... either way, this stuff rocks. Learn where to apply tension and where tape needs to have no stretch- it makes the difference when using it for injuries. Depending on what you tape up and how frequently you take long soaks in tub with essential oils and junk is how long the tape stays on you. We have had it last from 2 days to a week... Overall, best color choices! Totally fashionable lol
