Pool pillow deflated

The pool pillow deflated over the winter and i did as instructed by the manufacturer And pillow still deflated with in 1 month. Even went as far as covering hole with gorilla tape. Won't buy again.

Works well when fully inflated, lasts a few days

After purchasing 2 of these pillows for my 9x18 foot above ground pool, I decided to purchase 2 more to help suspend my pool cover completely above the water. Unfortunately I may have acted too quickly since the original 2 pillows deflated by at least 30% before the second set arrived. This seems to be a condition relative to these pillows as I need to re-inflate all 4 every few days. At first I attributed the problem to the vinyl stretching out but that theory was proven to be wrong since the problem still exists after nearly 1 month with the original 2 I bought. Since there doesn't appear to be any holes in the pillow, I have to assume that the air-fill cap seal is not tight.

Leaked in less than a month.

I winterized my pool in mid October. I'd inflated each pillow to only about 60% full & tied them in place under the cover. I get a lot of wind & the cover billows quite a bit despite the edges having been secured. Within days I'd noticed one of the pillows had deflated. By mid November, the 2nd wasn't looking great either. Today, we got more wind than usual & it blew my winter cover off, so I dragged the pillows out. Both were flat & had water inside. One had an obvious hole (pictured). The other must have a leak somewhere, but I can't find it. I patched the hole, refilled them to 50% & will try again, since they're all I've got right now. If I had it to do over, I'd spend extra for better quality. I gave 2 stars instead of only 1 since they may do better in less windy conditions & they're cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for.

bought three, all deflated in less than a week

I didn't love the reviews but bought 4 hoping that at at least 1 or 2 would work for me. I inflated 3 with my air compressor, closed the air intake as best I could (these get warped by how they are folded for shipping so its not so easy) and then I placed them under my pool cover. One snowy day later and 2 of them are completely deflated while the 3rd is almost deflated and will be soon. Incredibly frustrating, I don't see how to keep my cover from getting absolutely covered in ice and water when these products don't work. I don't know what to do with them now as pulling them out and folding them up for return is going to be a pain and very time consuming. Don't get this product. I wish I had an alternative for you, maybe a bunch of exercise balls? Just don't get this product. Update: I contacted the company and they quickly replaced the deflated pillows. They also recommended trying less air than before. I tried that, and it has been working well this winter! I just wish these had more attachment points to tie to.

Had a small hole by air filler hole

I did not notice the small hole when I filled it. It lasted a week and deflated . I took apart the cover again to see what happened when it deflated! This is the second pillow that was defective. Just another day in closing the pool!

One of the pillows started losing air a week after it was installed and the pool was covered.

After finishing up the covering of our pool, one of the two pillows started losing air. To replace the pillow will mean we need to loosen the winter cover as well as the netting that's over the winter cover, take it off and remove the pillow which is tied in place---NOT an easy job!!! So disappointed that one pillow is losing air already!!!

Not Happy

Got the product in and the box was ripped and partially opened, aired them up and put them in the pool and put the cover over them and thought it would work great, we got a pretty good rain and found that two of them won't hold air. Great product but if they don't hold air they aren't worth much at all.

Useless, both deflated within a few days, reflated and flat again within a few days.

I had ordered 2 of these previously and they have stayed inflated for over a month without problem, so ordered another couple, but these are completely useless, they just go flat in a few days. Going to return these 2 and get a refund and buy different manufacturer and hope they work better.

Quality Control not very good

As a vinyl weld hadn't been finished at the opposite end to the inflation stopper, it was impossible to inflate the pool pillow and it had to be returned.
