A good value for the money
This is a wonderful item that explores many different sorting and placement onto different categories by various attributes. Can be expanded to more advance skills such as patterns, counting, or even adding and subtracting. So many possibilities. One the best part is that depending on how you present this item, it can benefit many different developmental skill levels .

Great
Being a teacher, I try to find different ways to work on skills. Not only can students sort these by color, they can sort them by feature and count them.

Fun and educational!
I got this for my son, who is two, and he absolutely loves playing with it! There are so many different ways to both play with and learn from it! His favorite thing to do is sort the dogs in to the matching colored fences. He also sorts the dogs by size, lining them up from biggest to smallest.

A fun set!
This is a great set that can be used for many things- counting, sorting, pretend play... and it all stores really nicely in the doghouse. I'm glad I got this set and would definitely recommend it to others!

Not very useful
I bought this set to use with the children I work with. There’s really no point to this game, you do what you want…sort by different features on the dogs, spots, colors, ear positions, etc, but the features aren’t very distinctive and the kids don’t really get the point. I wouldn’t buy this again.

Perfect for 3 year olds!
My son loves this little set so much! You can work on a lot here. Colors, speech, counting. My 3 year old dropped it one time and a little piece did break off, but it’s really just cosmetic and he couldn’t care less. One of my favorites from Learning Resources.

Great for teaching younger kids basic math in a fun way
Played with this with the 18mo old - she obviously is under the 3yrs recommended however, with supervision she is able to play with these and count the pups into their pens according to the number we read off the card. I think therefore its suited to probably slightly younger than 3 with supervision and probably up to about 5/6 Quality is good - play pens and pups are plastic so very durable and the number cards are coated to help make them last - ours have been chewed slightly and are still fine. Everything comes in a handy storage box too. Little one often asks for puppy time to play with this so I think its a fun activity for her which she enjoys and its good to help her with her counting and sorting by colours. Very happy and can see us playing with it for a while so would recommend

Great fun
My nieces are crazy about dogs so when they popped around to see me they were delighted about this. It is so simple to set up and my nieces were able to do it themselves. With twelve little puppies and six different ways to set it up this set is great for little ones to use their imagination. A good price for lots of fun.

Great quality and much fun
This is a great early age educational toy, well made by with pretty colour and lovely emoji. It is easy to play with, my 2 years old neice can play it well by herself. Well recommend this product.

Quality puppy sort n play set
Got a toddler? Need a fun sorting / counting game? This is the Learning Resources Sort Em Up Pups Game, 28 pieces for ages 3+. This set is really useful if you have a toddler, you get 1 x dog house, 4 x fenced playpens, 4 x sets of dogs (12 in total) and 10 x puppy paw cards. You can either set play rules as sort in size, colour, spots etc. Or you can play the puppy paws and put the amount of puppies on card in co-ordinate playpen. The items are quality, they are extremely well made and the finishing is second to none. My youngest loves dogs and this set is perfect, as she loves small toys / figures and sorting stuff. Perfect. Overall I fully recommend this puppy playset, as it is a quality item, so if you see on offer, snap it up!

3 year old grandaughter knew exactly how to play this!
Learning Resources (UK Direct Account), uk_toys, LEJMA LER6809 SORT-'EM-UP PUPS. This learning Resources "sort em up pups" comes well presented in its own box which makes it most suitable to give as a gift at birthdays or Christmas. I have 2 grandaughters aged 3 and 4 who stay over at weekends, not both at the same time mind you!.... The 3 year old stayed the last time, she just happened to stay when this was delivered so we settled down together and had a play with this...... She was very giddy and excited to do so, shr knew exactly what to do and didn't need showing as she's very bright for her age..... It was lovely to spend this quality time together! This set consists of the following...... 12 pups 4 playpens Numbered pawprint cards Kennel with Removable roof A guide with sorting activities. The quality and durability is very good which is normal for all learning Resources Toys, I've always found them very good! I can reccomend this and the price is average.
