This holder has pros and cons - read on...
I'm torn because this is a really good idea. It is exactly what I needed but it arrived with nicks in the finish that were filled in with black marker or paint that didn't cover the nicks evenly. It also has a small dent in the front of it but is barely noticeable. So while the functionality gets 5 stars the quality of the finish is on the low end. No one likes to receive a brand new item that has already been patched up. I did not exchange it because I feel like I can live with it and I'm not sure if the next one would have the same imperfections and it would be an endless cycle so I decided to keep it. It wasn't enough to make me be utterly disappointed but I didn't feel great about it. With that being said, it suits my needs and it's in my bedroom so there's not a lot of foot traffic where everyone would see it. I don't think it is worth $40. Maybe $20-$25 but it is really useful and functional and has those round tubular metal linings like salons have to hold their equipment which I think is a cool idea and looks neat too. I put a 1" straightener, a 1" curling iron and a hair dryer in the corresponding holders but it could hold a bigger curling iron or straightener but not too much bigger. The drawer can hold combs but not brushes and the two slots above the drawer are shallow and can hold small items such as hair pins, hair ties or the like. The drawer could hold those items as well.

Absolutely LOVE this little gem
Absolutely LOVE this little gem! And it's NOT little. There's plenty of room for everything you need and it is very sturdy, so no tipping over. I'm limited with space right now, so I placed it on a tray under my sink and just pull the whole thing out part-way when I'm ready to use. It's saving me space, time, and you just can't beat that price. Plus everything I need is in one styling station! Another unexpected amazing point is that my blow dryer fits into the smaller bin for the curling iron, so I have more options for use than I thought. I'm a licensed cosmetologist, and no other product I've ever used has been this great! Hmm... what else can I get to complement this product? Salivating over the makeup holder. If this is good, so are their other products! It is quite large and a bit heavy, so be sure to measure your space to ensure it fits! Oh... and they sent it out fast. Good product. Good service. Can't go wrong.

Absolutely love this!! My bathroom is always a cluttered mess, mainly from hair items! This has made it super easy to keep my blow dryer and straightener organized and out of the way. Like a few other people did, I mounted a power strip behind this so I could keep them plugged in and not have to worry about the cords. So the mess of cords is hidden away! It's also really awesome that I can just put my straightener away right after using it and not worry that it's super hot. This has plenty of space for all of my styling products as well, and the drawer fits headbands, hair ties, bobby pins, etc.

Worth every penny.
This hair tool station has been an organizing miracle for all my hair styling stuff. I never had a place for my curling iron, flat iron, or hair dryer. They were often laying on a hot pad and get their cords tangled together. And they just looked really bad laying around like that. This station has made it so I have a stylish way to store my hair tools and products. I love the fact that I can put a hot hair tool directly into the metal holder and not have to worry about it burning anything. The drawer also makes a great place to store regularly used item you don't need floating around. The top trays are deep enough to fit nail polishes, hair products, and where you can keep your bobby pins and hair ties so you have easy access to them. The black lacquer finish and brushed nickel drawer pull on this product really make it look sleek and expensive! This storage organizer is worth every penny and I am so satisfied with my purchase that I would tell all of my friends to get one.

Cleans up the Counter
Living in an apartment we didn't have much for counterpace and my husband was always getting onto me about taking up the place with all my hair care stuff, but it was a hassle storing it in the closet every day just to pull it all out again tomorrow. So I got this! It is wonderful! I can store my Hair Dryer, Straightener, and brush in the top 3 holes. (You could also store Curling iron if you'd like) and the little trays in the front are big enough to hold all of my mouse, hairsprays, leave in conditioner and just hair products. The other side I use for hair pieces and other misc items and then that still leaves the drawer! Great way to organize your stuff in a small space, great for apartments and dorm rooms!

A Perfect Countertop Saver & Organizer
Wow, this is a lifesaver and countertop’s dream! I have very long hair plus extensions, so I had “stuff” everywhere. The metal lined bins are perfect sizes for 3 of my utensils, and the little drawer is deceiving - it holds a ton of small hair clips and hair scissors. The open shelf is the exact size I need to hold all of the leave-in conditioners and frizz stoppers. And I love the fact that it is made of solid wood and metal, it’s not some plastic piece of junk. My only regret is for not buying this sooner!

Convienient, nicely made
This is a well designed caddy. It's hefty enough that the appliances don't tip it over. The drawer is shallow, but slides smoothly and is useful for makeup. The shelf is handy and a perfect size for some of my little jars. The dark finish is good, not too shiny. The only issue I've had is that the metal tubes that the hot appliances slip into come out easily, but I can fix that. One suggestion I have is that it would be even more useful if it came with an electrical plug for three hair appliances built into the back. I have a bulky electrical strip and a huge tangle of wires behind it now.

Nicely Built - Makes Counters Safer for Children
I don't have much bathroom counter top room. This unit allowed me to consolidate items and make my countertop look tidy. This is a really nice unit and the metal liners for the hair dryer and irons work well. It's solid and, although nothing fancy, doesn't look cheap. The drawer does not pull out as far as expected, but works well to keep some of my daily jewelry and hair clips handy. If you have young children, the metal containers to hold hair appliances are set deep, so no part of the barrel from a curling iron is exposed for a child to accidentally touch.
