Perfection! Constant compliments on my hair :)

Been using these for over a decade and use them every day. I get compliments on my hair multiple times a day and my coworkers use my hair as my identifier when people are looking for me. They tell people to look for the nurse with the gorgeous hair :). I have medium length hair, about six inches below my shoulders. I use the 1 1/4” barrels for most of my hair and and my curling iron for my bangs. My curls last for days, but I still recurl every day just for the volume. I wake-up looking like I had a salon blowout, but since I work 13 hour days I just recurl to keep it full for the day. Hearing is fast, I plug in for about 5 minutes while doing my morning rituals and then roll my hair. Rollers stay in while i do my make-up and then I am done. I will say that my Lange hair products have really helped with volume, hold and shine as well. I think, having layers really helps get the girls to set correctly. I have had to replace my sets twice over the decade d/t the base not heating anymore, but that allowed me to replace the 1” rollers that my hair is too long for. I travel with these every two weeks and they fit in my personal size backpack perfectly. Also, this style of holding claw is by far the BEST in the business. I don’t know why other makers use anything else.

Nice

Ive used many different things for my long hair over the years. This is nice. Heats fast, works quickly. Takes up a small amount of space on the counter. Easy to use, and you don’t have to roll your hair too neatly. I wish they would make a smaller version, with 6 curlers, especially for travel, bc I definitely do not need to use this many rollers, I usually only use 5. It would be a bit too big to pack.

Great curlers

I love these curlers BUT would love them more if they had an automatic shut off feature. This is my third set because I have accidentally left them plugged in and they burned out. If I do that again I may have to try another brand.

These work, get them

I tried a different set by Conair and promptly returned them. I found the curlers were time consuming to put in, and the curls didn’t last long even with a light hairspray. About few months later I tried these and I’m hooked. I have long fine but thick hair, and if I spend the time to use these (15 minutes to put in, 20 minutes to let them cook and remove) my hair looks amazing and it lasts 3 full days. The second and third day are definitely a looser look, but I get smoothness and body that still looks very polished. The system itself is smart and compact, and I have no idea how others melted their clips, that looks insane to me. You would really have to make an effort to mess it up that bad. Anyways, get these and you won’t regret it! YouTube is full of tutorials for different looks, it’s really easy once you get started.

A learning curve

These are great! There is a learning curve on how to get your curl pattern to fall just right but they aren't difficult to use. Just hot. Hahaha and hot on the forehead when you have them I'm.

The best hot roller set I've ever had, using them since 1974

I saw this set on GlitternLazers channel on YouTube and finally decided to take the plunge and purchase them. My hair is thin and fine and straight, it's hard to get a hold to set and not fall out.....usually. These are awesome. I had curls that lasted me 3 days (I only wash my hair every 3 days). I am so happy with this purchase, it was 100% worth the purchase price.

Curlers heat up quickly, ample curlers in case

This is my second set of Remington hair setting curlers. There are ample curlers, they heat up quickly, once the hair is rolled in the curlers they stay in place with plastic clips that surround the curler. The curlers are designed not to slide off your hair nor burn your hair. My hair remains curled all day. Great product.

El funcionamiento del producto

Recomiendo ampliamente el set de tubos eléctricos de Remington H9 100s. La unidad alcanza la temperatura adecuada en poco tiempo, y lo mejor, es que también en poco tiempo alcanzas el rizado que deseas. Estimo que entre unos 15-20 minutos son suficientes para que tu cabello quede listo. De hecho creo que al los 10 minutos ya está, pero yo lo dejo más tiempo para que el ondulado dure más. Es sencillo colocarlos, aunque obviamente, si no tenías experiencia en los tubos eléctricos (como yo), te llevará un tiempo agarrarle la onda. Los tubos están forrados de una capa delgada terciopelo, lo que ayuda a la hora de enrollar el pelo. Los clips son fabulosos, porque sujetan bien el cabello; me parece que presionan mejor que los pasadores que vienen en otros sets, aunque la verdad yo no los he usado. Sí dejan cierta marca en el cabello, pero se pierde cuando lo separas con los dedos al momento de estilizarlo. Yo no tengo mucho cabello, así que la cantidad de tubos que contiene el set es suficiente, inclusive nunca uso los 12. Al principio el ondulado queda muy cerrado (o muy chino, como decimos aquí), pero con el tiempo se va soltando. Si quieres, puedes suavizarlo desde el principio con la secadora y un cepillo redondo en la parte de arriba. Así lo hago yo, y queda con volumen y con una onda bonita arriba, y abajo con un ondulado más cerrado. El fabricante tiene un área de oportunidad en cuanto al estuche, específicamente las láminas térmicas en las que se coloca o se saca cada tubo, ya que los tubos se atoran y tiene su chiste sacarlos. Yo creo que eso no demerita la calidad y eficacia del producto. Espero que mis comentarios les sean de utilidad, saludos desde México.

Best improvements

I have had Remington hair roller and just bought this new model. Oh my goodness, it is terrific.. The rollers no longer slip out, the clips are new and don’t leave lines on the hair and they are in a smaller container. I am thrilled. I use them everyday. They heat up quickly and are protected from direct heat with the roller covering. It is a bit tricky to get them out but only because they are new. Finally something that works so well and is easy with great results.

Pre-owned and damaged

I was so excited to receive these and give them a go! Unfortunately, not only were they immediately noticeably pre-owned (based off packaging being resealed) but I instantly spotted broken/damaged rollers just by looking through the clear packaging. Never got to even open them up and try them! What a disappointment. For the price, especially! Totally not worth it.

Remington Set

Los rodillos calientes funcionaron bien. Le dio cuerpo a mi cabello que duró la mayor parte del día. Tengo el pelo fino hasta la barbilla. Los bordes de los rulos se calientan ya veces hacía demasiado calor contra mi cuero cabelludo, pero tengo el pelo algo fino. Además, le quito una estrella adicional porque la tapa llegó rota. Nueva evaluation 03/03/23 Por segunda vez llegó este conjunto con la tapa roto. Además, los sellos de la caja estaban rotos y el interior estaba claro la unidad se usó. He terminado, no volveré a ordenar.

Desilusión

Anteriormente use otra marca de tubos calientes y decidí probar esta pero me desilusione tardan mucho en calentar , las pinzas no tienen buen agarre y los tubos se sueltan, los rizos se deshacen en poco tiempo :( , no volvería a comprar esta marca de tubos.
