Inexpsenive lift kit, good product, follow directions, read my review for installation tips.
Great product at an inexspenive price. This kit is an inexspensive lift kit for a 5 lug 2wd or 4wd tacoma which have very little options for upgrading the suspension as is. The overall installation was not too bad. Other than grinding the longer strut mount threaded stud for cleareance of the spacers, I found I had to grind the longer leaf pack allen bolt head down and around as well in order to get the head of the bolt to sit in the hole of the welded bracket on the axel and make for clearance so the head of the bolt would not touch/rub on the axel itself. Also the center hole of the bottom plate/braket for the leaf spring pack and rear shock mount should be reamed out slightly to accommodate the larger nut and the washer which the washer must be trimmed on the edges against the flats of the nut to allow the leaf spring pack to sit flush with the bottom plate/braket. BE SURE TO FOLLOW ALL THE DIRECTIONS and CHECK THE FINAL TORQUE SPECS for all hardware in the directions against a service manual for your vehicle so as to be sure everything is correct. Using two C-Clamps is a MUST when installing the extra leaf into the leaf pack as it will make the job MUCH EASIER !! so you can just slide the leaf in after loosening the c-clamps holding leaf spring pack just enough and then tighten them back up and install the new bolt. This makes it easier because the spring pack will still be attached to the truck while you work. After completion of the lift kit make sure to get an alignment just to be sure everything is good.

Nice price point but needs modifications
This isn't a bad kit but some extra instructions would have came in handy. For instance recommendations on how to turn the struts 120 degrees would have been beneficial, was a compression tool needed? The rear leaf pin bolt head and nut were too big for the holes intended for so the bolt heads and bottom plate center hole had to be modified. Other modifications had to be done for proper fitting as well. Not a bad kit for the money but don't expect to slap it on and go it takes a bit of time to do it right. Yes this was the correct kit for my Toyota Tacoma.

Never worked on leaf spring vehicles before...
But it was fun. What would have took me about 4 hours to do with the right equipment and air or power tool, took me about 10 hours. Fun...not fun with just hand tools, but can be done. Hardest part was the leaf springs as it was hard to align the center pin in the springs. Save your back and get a lift. All in all, my daughter is happy and her truck looks like a real truck now. Gonna post pictures another day.

I am happy with the product
Overall, I am happy with the product. The truck looks great and so far the ride is pretty much the same except a noticeably higher ride in the cab, but that's what I wanted! I would've given 5 stars, but the instructions and video left out some pretty important information. There's nothing that tells you on the front end (paper or video instr.) that you will need a spring compressor. Adding an unexpected 1.5 hrs to the install bc I had to run to AutoZone to rent the tool. The rear install was simple as advertised, and overall the product itself is great... just very vague instructions on the harder steps!

Good way to add inches
Relatively inexpensive way to add a couple of inches for some bigger wheels/tires. Was beyond my DIY mechanic abilities/tools. Needed my regular mechanic to put them in and even he hit a few snags with the factory springs (but not too bad). I'm glad I did not try it myself. Overall very satisfied with the result. PS: nuts for the supplied U-bolts were missing and the factory ones did not fit the threading. Factory U-bolts and nuts fit just fine though so it wasn't a problem.

It works on a 2nd Gen Tacoma
This works for a 2nd gen Toyota Tacoma, 5 lug, base model, single cab. I had it professionally installed. The only problem that was brought up to my attention was removing the old rusty bolts on the vehicle. Other than that, everything provided with the kit worked great. No shocks were installed. The truck rides like stock and has the height of a Prerunner. Get an alignment after installation.

Looks like a truck
I really like how my 2wd 2010 Tacoma turned out with the ready lift ! Always liked the truck but never liked how low it was. The ride is still great. I can feel that it is a little stiffer on the rear but to me it just feels more like a truck. I have installed other lift kits and have all the tools so for me the installation was not to bad. The video leaves out the fact that you have to compress the spring on the strut and rotate the strut. If you don’t have the tools and some ability to use them the you had best pay someone to do the install. I had to do a little work under the front fenders to get the bigger tires to not rub.

AAL hardware sucks
Front of lift went on fine. The leaf centering bolt stripped and the nut that goes with it is too big for the hole in the plate that the U-bolts go through. Readylift customer service (if you'd call it that) said they partner with another company for the add-a-leaf and so they don't have or know about the hardware (yet they sell it in there kit). I was informed that I should go to a local hardware store to get new parts. Absolutely pathetic customer services and pathetic response. I thought ReadyLift was a good company, but I see they were bought by "Wheel Pros" in 2018, so maybe the quality went down after that point. There are other options - from my experience, I will never use ReadyLift products again.
