Great for Resistance swimming

These paddles are really comfortable and really step my workout up

Great for resistance!

Love these! Upgraded from a smaller set after I had gotten used to them, and these give me more resistance, which I love! It takes a minute to find your stroke, but they are awesome! If they bother your shoulders, change the angle so there isn't as much torque. Happy swimming!

These paddles are really great they’re very comfortable and you can do all four strokes in them which is a first with me using paddles my whole life

I love these!

I’m a 68 year old woman with bad knees that started swimming 3 months ago. I’m incredibly slow and thought these paddles could help. First I have seen reviews where people are complaining about the fit of the straps- you can adjust the tubing. I used a key and pulled them looser. They are very comfortable. Another complaint has been not knowing which hand they go on. Your thumb goes on the black side. There is a small hand diagram picturing this on the paddle. I am much faster with these. I’ve had no pain from using these but have felt an overall toning of my arms shoulder and my core. So much so I have managed to lose 7 lbs without really trying! I’ve gone from barely making 10 laps to easily doing 30 laps. Just love these things!

they were basically child size and I have very small hands. they literally fit perfectly on my hand but they should have been a little bigger.

Could be the best paddles ever.

I've been using training paddles for years and these are among the top two pairs I've ever owned. Very light and smooth in use. Excellent for technique and building stamina. One quibble: the main image shown in the ad. led me to believe the paddles were contoured; they're not - they're flat. Other than that - it's hard to go wrong with Speedo. I've been swimming for over 50 years and I've never had an issue with any of their products...

Great paddle but maybe go 1 size larger

Really work the arms and are great to swim with. Wish I'd gone slightly larger on the size, my finger tips just touch the top of the paddle. My advice - if in doubt, go 1 size larger.
