The ports blow out
On the last couple of these that I have used, the ports where the drip tubes connect have blown out of the body. I never had that problem before, so I think something must have changed about this model.

Becareful tightening, mine broke when installing
I bought 2 of these and the first one broke when tightening on to pipe. I realize it's plastic and have installed many of other brands, so I'm not totally clueless on how to install plastic drip manifolds, but I would definitely says these are more fragile than others. I did install the 2nd one and it is working as it should, we'll see how well it holds up under the Arizona Sun.

Deck Garden
I had to move my garden from the ground, because of deer and did not want to erect fences, up to my deck and into containers. This product coupled with a timer watering system keeps my containers watered all summer. Eight ports provide plenty of feeds with t and y adaptors to further add capacity on a line. All ports are adjustable and can even be shut off if you need less than 8 feeds. A trip to the hardware store may be required to get the required hose and pipe fittings to attach to your timer or hose. For the plumbing challenged, bring it with you and test the fittings before you purchase. It should only cost a few dollars to get all you need. Then get your tubing and zip ties to make it all look neat and professional. The 8 port manifold is perfect along with a timer is a perfect setup. Recommend only to use outdoors.

Soaking Made Easier
Can’t find the 4-port models right now, but these were available. They will eventually weather out, but that has amounted to about 15 years on my original items. Individual flow adjustments are a must for me and rule out some competing products. This is a good, serviceable product.

Very impressive
I started out with one of these to convert an unused sprinkler head into a drip irrigation for a large potted plant. It worked great. I expanded to 4 of these on one of my sprinkler zones, and experience no loss of pressure on that zone to the remaining sprinkler heads, even with about 20 individual lines going out to micro-sprayers and micro bubblers. Do not make the mistake of trying to use a screwdriver to turn the adjustment knobs, you will just bugger up the plastic knob. Use a small coin or washer and it works perfectly. I converted over 4 existing sprinkler heads to completely micro-irrigate to flower beds and a potted plant. All plants are getting much better water coverage now, directly at the soil.

perfect retrofit for this california drought
Its 2014 and California is in another drought. I bought these to replace some sprinkler heads to drip. These heads work great, provide the flow I need and can be adjusted. Even stringing multiple plants (separate heads) together works well with these heads. The only issue I am running into now is the 45PSI on the sprinkler lines is causing the drip hosed to come out of the manifold. The fix for that is to put a pressure regulator on the irrigation system and lower the pressure down to something like 15PSI. These were way cheaper than Home Depot and they were in stock. I'd buy these again if I need drip irrigation in a tight little spot.

Good solution for changing turf irrigation to xeriscape.
This is not the easiest to install, (it was a replacement), but it is easy to adjust once it's in. I would buy again to convert turf irrigation to drip irrigation. It would save a lot of digging and installation. (For conversion you would have to add a pressure regulator.)
