Best Watering Tools in the World

My wife is a full-time home gardener with a half-acre of flower gardens, vegetable gardens, and patio plants. She has tried virtually every brand of watering tool on the market and complains about every one of them. I have boxes full of rejected and defective devices that clog, leak, or simply refuse to work. I'm talking hoses, wands, hand sprayers, lawn sprinklers, quick-connects (brass and plastic), etc. She hates them all. Then I found the German Gardena brand and, on a whim, ordered a sampling of everything they make (assuming I would be returning some, if not all, to Amazon. To my surprise, my wife loves them with a passion. The are so simply designed and constructed, yet work so effortlessly. The quick-connects are a dream (I haven't been called upon to fix one yet). The hoses have built-in connects that are easily replaced. The sprayers always work, never clog and never leak. In summary, the best ever. Leave it to the Germans.

Astonishing Price

There are times when one pays an exorbitant price for an item of convenience. This is one such item. There are times when I need to connect a couple of my Gardena 100' hoses to reach a portion of my back yard. I have a pit there for burning twigs and clippings when I can get a county permit. I keep a hose at hand with the water turned on at the faucet and a sprayer on the other end. The easiest way to connect the hoses is with this outrageously priced five cents worth of plastic (Gardena says it is made of 100% recycled paperboard). I paid that amount when I bought it as a birthday present to myself. Easy to use and works well. Although the price is high this is a quality item made in Germany.

Use to extend length of hose. Works as expected. For the cost, should be made of more durable material like metal.

IMO, there just isn't a better hose connector product out there.

just what is needed for irrigatioin

If you are a GARDENA hose coupling fan, this gizzmo is just what you need when connecting other hoses with each other, or attaching water nozzles. They are very hard to come by, and giving the fact that they are all plastic, they are not cheap but indispensable in your irrigation efforts.

So far I really like these. Easy to use, easy to install. Only issue is cant buy the female connector (one that installs on he spigot) by itself
